For any of you who do not know, as i lay dying was labeled a chrisian band a while back. Pretty good metal band. I enjoyed listening to their music. Turns out, after coming back from a tour in china late april/early may, the singer tim lambesis decided to do a murder for hire plot. He allegedly hired an undercover to kill his wife for $1000.

Story was intriguing enough, by him allegedly losing faith, he quit spending time with his 3 adopted children and his wife, and focused on weight lifting during his off time. he even wrote a 'how to workout in jail system' which turned out how he worked out while on tour.

Anyway, i found an article today reporting that his attorney is blaming lambesis' actions were caused by 'roid rage.' Apparently his thought processes were strongly impacted by roids. I cal major bullshit but thats just me and just wanted to share it with yall. The link is at the bottom. It really shows the punlics "assumptions" of steroids. Especially in the comment

Couldnt it have been a combination of all three though? I agree that blaming roids entirely isnt fair, but they do make you more aggressive (as one of the newbie oriented stickies pointed out to me).

I believe he was trying to "off" her so he wouldnt have to pay alimony or support. But once he got caught he blamed it on something that could possibly get him temp insanity to get a lesser sentence. Total pussy move either way you look at it

I believe they said he had already had something wrong mentally with his brain not really sure what it was i'd have to go research it but the drugs and Amount of juice he was running def. could have made the condition a lot worse and drove him to do what he did. There had to be something wrong mentally obviously to do that to anybody especially your own kid. Sucks because i use to love to watch him wrestle growing up. If you are low on Test then you will be irritable and aggressive, proven many times and one of the sure symptoms of Low Testosterone. I suffer from Low Test and when my levels reach normal my aggression is far lower and I am not as irritable. I think the media are so quick to point fingers at Steroids. Such a shame as putting Bodybuilding to one side here, Testosterone is showing to help Men with many health related complaints.....Is there any other illegal drug that is showing these great effects on Men.....No! All the other illegal drugs are very dangerous or addictive. I am one for being very pro steroids due to there great health benefits, so when stories like this pop up with the normal headlines of 'Family Man Goes On A Murder Rampage Due To Steroids' really pee's me off.......As said, media are so quick to blame Steroids.

With this situation, i find it hard to believe it was "roid rage" that drove him to take time, find someone to kill her, and then pay them to do it. Im sure if it was aas it would have been done by him in a state of rage instead of a shitty thought out plan

The willful ignorance about AAS is ridiculous. SO MANY PEOPLE use AAS and never have any trouble. But an asshole who uses AAS has a reason to be a bigger asshole because he can fall back and blame the product. I feel too damn good on cycle to be a dick about anything. I was talking about benoit's scenario at first then i switched it to lambesis', the current situaion. if lambesis went into a "roid rage" he wouldnt have planned out a murder against his wife by the hand of someone else, he would have probably done it himself if he was that mentally incapable of handling what he was doing.
