Hey, what's up everyone?! I'm back at it with yet another Sarmssearch.com log. This time, I'm going to be running Aicar and GW. The timing is perfect for this - I need to shed a few lbs to see if I can get some visible abs. I've never used either of these, so I'm curious as to how they'll treat me. All the research I've done, shows so good results from each, and incredible results when used together!

I'll be dosing the GW @ 10mg 2x a day and Aicar 12.5mg 2x a day.

I just finished working 30 straight nights, so cardio hasn't been in my routine in over a month! I tried to stick with the weights when I wasn't too tired from the 12 hour shifts..

I'll get an accurate weigh in tomorrow morning and a "before" pic. Thinking right now, I'm pushing 180, and probably around 20-25% bf. I'm going to alternate weights & cardio because of my work schedule (alternating day & night 12 hour shifts). On weight days, I'll hit one body part per day and consume low to moderate carbs. On cardio days, I'll try to keep the carbs at a bare minimum. Feeding a family w/ 2 young kids (5&7), and budget, we tend to give in from time to time w/ their meals.

To keep this as unbiased as possible, I'll refrain from any other supplements other than protein. I'm going to try and attempt 4am workouts without any other preworkouts.. Lol, we'll see how that works for me..

Thanks to all that follow, and feel free to comment/critique.

This should be great. The synergistic effect between these two compounds is fantastic. Should see great fat loss and stamina increase.

Well, I was right on the money. Weighed in this morning at 180 even and 25% bodyfat. Here***8217;s a couple pics. The beach pic is from last week. The other is from this morning. LONG WAY to go.

so I'm only a couple days in, so I really can't comment. But, I can say that I had a great HIIT session this morning. Haven't done any cardio in over a month, and I impressed myself. Don't get me wrong, I was absolutely spent, but at the same time, I felt better than I expected. Placebo effect? Doubt it.. After I finished cardio, I did some db lunges for a finishing effect on the thighs..

Weights tomorrow.

Had a great chest workout this morning. Weight is still the same. Felt strong in the gym this morning, despite no preworkout cocktail.. I did have to take a 200mg caffeine pill though.. 3am is hard when getting to bed around 9:30..

So far, I haven't really noticed any type of energy from this combo. Both morning and afternoon doses. I'm dosing around 3:30 both am & pm.

Cardio tomorrow morning. Might run around the subdivision for 3 miles to see how that feels.

Here's an updated pic from this mornings workout. Felt full all over!

Your little girl is so cute - but I can tell she is going to cause you trouble in around a decade or so. :)

Keep up the log, I love them!

Back at the beach for one more summer vacation. Hit the gym this morning for a little arm blasting session, then hit the road for what was supposed to be a 3 mile run. I haven't ran in over 2 months, so I'm not terribly upset about not making 3 miles. I probably could have run a little slower to finish, but I felt great initially. I think my legs tightened up before my lungs said no more. Lol

Your delts look fuller in the flexing pic. GW is known to increase glycogen uptake in skeletal muscle so that should keep the muscles looking full :)

Yeah, my muscles are actually looking better than I thought! Lol. The gym at the hotel here is kind of worthless. I'm basically just keeping busy in the gym. Went for another run this morning. Lol, I thought I would run out on the pier, but little did I know that you need $1.25 to get on it. Haha. I don't normally carry cash while jogging. Had to turn around and continue on.

Packing up and heading home this morning. :( I'm actually looking forward to getting back home to get back on track with the diet and training. These last 5 days have been horrible diet wise. Workouts were ok, considering the gym I had. Glad I got some good cardio in. Here's what I look like this morning. Still better than about 90% of the rest of the dads here. Lol

Great to be home! I think... Missing that beach life already. Lol.

Got up this morning @ 0300 for a little cardio. I decided to keep the distance down to 2 miles & work on my speed, rather than try for 3 and slow down the pace. After a couple weeks, I'll see how that 2 mile pace improves & then jump up to 3. As you can see in the pic below, I averaged just over 9:30 minute mile. Not bad, but I'd like to get that down to sub 8:00. I've already cleaned up the diet, so now it's time to get serious w/ this. Weights tomorrow.

Shaved almost a minute off my time. Don't get me wrong, I was gasping for air when I finished! Lol. These last few days have been very hot. Right now, it's 80° and they're calling for 99. Lucky me, I get to work 12 hours in it today in dark blue fire retardant clothing. Yesterday, I drank almost 2 gallons of water. Probably be the same today.
