I took clen a few years back and I cramped up like no other. Im talking hours of cramping it was horrible. I also do Mma and we train for hours and sometimes do t get water breaks. I cramp and don't even take clen imagine if I did. Is clen just not for my body?
Agreed, need to take both while on Clen. However, I do prefer Clen bc of the strength.
Take the taurine and pot pills and drink 1-2g of water a day and you should be fine. You need to start off small and then and only then increase your dosages. More is not necessarily better...especially in the Clens case-TRUST ME

Also, stretching is a must before and after workouts.
It's best to shift to t3, but if you wanna stick with clen, try taking it with much water and potassium suspension orally maybe some muscle relaxants ,,, I think that would help...
