it doesn't change the amount of test you inject, they don't base the amount of test they prescribe you on the amount of test you produce on hcg. it's more for maintaining fertility. sperm require intra testicular testosterone to be produced. FSH is really what is responsible for sperm production, but only a very small amount is needed so as long as you have a bit of FSH and some hcg for intra testicular test, in theory you should remain fertile and be able to produce sperm.I use HCG as well but only for the last three months, I have not noticed any difference in terms of how I feel or mood but I have noticed a difference in the twins. It is my understanding that by adding HCG it will allow your body to produce some Test on it's own so you are not completely shut down which in turn will raise your over all TT so you do not have to inject as much Test as you would without it.
