think i tore or did something to my left anterior detloid or not sure but it hurts wen i train chest or shoulders n go heavy feels like a sharp pain, im only 2 weeks into my cycle... wat should i do?

Do the obvious and go get checked out.

Then decide from there.

I always stay on and work around my injury; I wouldn't come off if it's a minor injury.

what do u mean by work around ur injury can u be more specific in my type of injury?
and i went and saw a doctor today said i shouldnt train that muscle for atleast 2 weeks or until it gets better... i have to get a x-ray and he gave me voltaren tabs to stop the swelling.
wat should i do?

its common problem, i think its it to do with the shoulder muscle becoming too large or too strained ehich then causes stress on the smaller interoir muscles if that makes sense. it has happend to me and i gave myself a break for a week and felt fine after

the pain happened from training chest heavy about 2 weeks ago, i gave it 1 week rest and trained it again but lightly / slower etc more eccentric style but the pain still stays.

Could be your rotator cuff or ac joint.

When I say work around your injury, you are doing exactly that.
Give it rest, and go from there with light weights.
And don't stop training and let other body parts fall behind.

I second this! ^^^ Don't come off cycle, there is no need. Work out with as light a weight as necessary to not experience pain and aggravate the muscle/tendons further and muscles that aren't attached to the shoulder, work like normal.
Use this time to work muscles that may be lacking like calves, hams, quads, abs, forearms, etc...

i did a very short n light shoulder session today just to see if i felt pain, first shoulder session in probs over 2 weeks.... did shoulder press dumbells 3 or 4 sets and 2 sets of lateral raises and i felt no pain like i did from training chest... ( maybe cus the weights were heaps lighter? or maybe different angle of the shoulder? not sure ), but my shoulder muscles got alot weaker i think cus i havent trained them in ages.....

Look in the mirror... if your chest pulls your shoulders down, its means you favor the chest and front delts more.

Leave any bench and military press alone. Favor the following for a little while.

Rear delt flys

Up right rows (wide grip)

Side delt raise.

Not only will you feel more balanced. A good rear delt gives you a more broad look. Women love it too.

so how am i supposed to train chest ? lol

i have to agree at this point.
train around the upper body, do abs and legs. if at any point you lift your arm out front or above the head and it hurts like hell its a rip in the rotator. get it looked at and rest it.
i had this happen myself

been resting it for a while, but the pain wen i train isnt 2 crazy... i can train through it. duno its annoying i dont wanna pay for an MRI scan if its nothing serious and it just goes away which im hoping it does lol.

tell me what it feels like when you raise your arm straight above your head.
when i had mine ripped it felt like a screw driver was stabbed into my shoulder and was prying the shoulder apart.
i had to leave mine alone for a month but it came back. i had to have sugery. it got bad for me and i couldn't even lift a coffee cup

i cant not train chest any longer then a week its my favourite part... i can live without doin shoulders but chest man cmon this sucks lol......so if u dont bench wat do u do for ur chest exercises?

shoulders, calves, core....

these are the things that give man his shape and balance....

Balance and agility go a long way.

Remember: if stressed... work forearms.

Typically in guys who lift heavier get this problem and most of the time.

imo it's correctable without surgery.

Standing straight up.

Core tight and feet square.

take the Rope used for tricep pull-downs (you know the one im talking about)

Instead of pushing it down with your tri's,

Focus on rowing the BACK OF YOUR SHOULDERS...

Notice i didnt say back... this is a light weight maneuver use no back....

Do this a few times a week at HIGH reps... you'll be sayin... " that crazy asshole was right " in no time at all.
