Snake's First Cycle

Day 7

No gym today. I finally weighed myself last night and came in at 242. I didn't weigh myself on day one but I've been hanging around 233-235 most days so id say it's a 7-9 pound gain in 6 days. My bloat has gone down since adding the legit Adex and Nolva so Im not holding as much water as I could be but obviously I know it's still mostly water weight.

No such luck for me in terms of weight gain...starting to wonder if my dbol is bunk. I'm on day 6 now. So you could definitely tell when it took effect?

BTW good work on the squats man!

I bloated up within days. The little ab definition i had was quickly gone. since switching from my RUI liquidex to prescription arimidex ive lost the bloat and the rapid gain in weight. I figured at the rate i was going id be well over 245 after 2 weeks. Im still happy with 242 after 12 days though. Itd be nice to be up around 245-250 by the time Im done with the dbol and then steady, slow gains from there once the test starts kicking in.

What brand of dbol are you using? Ive got axio labs 10mg tabs. Ive heard mixed reviews of axio gear but it was free so I wasnt going to say no to it.

Day 14

No gym today because I did shoulders and arms yesterday and I want a day off before i do chest tomorrow. Good strength gains and some intense pumps in yesterday's workout.

I got my weight up to 248 yesterday after a serious day of eating but without the food I'm in between 243-245...so about 10 pounds in 2 weeks with little to no bloat. My shoulders and traps are what I notice the biggest change in so far...they look fuller and pumped at all times. My jeans are also getting tighter around my quads.

I doubt you have gyno. It can cone quick but sensitivity and pain can happen without gyno, then it starts to feel funny because you play with it too much. I have gyno and never have symptoms, just a lump. Don't get paranoid about it. Stick to your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose and if you think you are getting it, talk to a few people to help decide if it's actually gyno.

Good luck with the cycle. You won't want to end dbol after 30 days. Lol. I usually go about 50.

There is definitely some sort of lump under my left nipple. Im not sure what the hard balls are supposed to feel like. I always thought you could grab and feel like a little marble or pea sized ball under the nip. I cant grab mine, it feels attached to the muscle. I can move the skin around my nipple all over but that lump doesnt move. it doesnt really bother me other than mentally. Im hoping it's just from the dbol and when I come off of it it will subside. I had something similar happen when I was on a tren prohormone a few years back. if it doesnt oh well i guess, it doesnt look any worse than it did before. If it's not gone after PCT I will attack it with some letro and nolva.

I know what you mean about ending the dbol after 30 days...the pumps and strength and intensity I feel in the gym is like nothing else...unfortunately Ill run out after next week :(
 
Day 16

No gym this morning. I slept awful last night so I decided to sleep in. I got asked to play on a city league basketball team so I will do that tonight. I might have to move my lifting days around since I play bball on Tuesday nights and usually do legs on Wednesday morning. Ill try it for a couple of weeks I guess and see how it goes.
 
Day 17

Basketball was rough on me last night...almost didnt go to the gym this morning but I did and had a really good back day. Im definitely starting to feel bigger strength increases.

Day 19

I had a pretty good day in the gym this morning. It took some time to get moving because my drunk ass roommates were super loud when they got home from the bars at around 2:30 and kept me up. Regardless, I made it in there and moved that weight. I intended on doing legs today but my gym only has one squat rack and the guy who was using it is one of those guys who uses one piece of equipment for 30 minutes, so I opted for shoulders.

I super-setted the lateral raises. I went side-front-reverse and repeat for 2 sets. I havent got a weight since the weekend since i dont like to constantly watch my weight, and i dont own a scale. Ill hopefully check it tonight and report back tomorrow on my increase thus far.
 
i could feel the collar on my shirt getting tighter as my workout went on. ill definitely be feeling it tomorrow.

I actually wanted to wait like a week or more at a time before weighing, but since I have to report my weight to 3J twice a week I have to check...it's always more fun when you wait a while and surprise yourself though.
 
Day 20

I had one of my best leg days that I've had in a while...it's amazing the difference in strength when I dont lift first thing in the morning. Checked my weight today too. Came in at 245. Im not gaining as fast as I thought I would be I also feel I look leaner so I can't complain. I'd rather end up a leaner 250 than a sloppy 260+.

Took yesterday off so I could hit chest hard today. This morning, however, was not one of my better ones. I felt tired and weak. I might need to look into getting some type of preworkout drink to get me going in the mornings.

Day 23

I had a much better day today than I did yesterday. I weighed in at 248 this morning so Im happy to see the scale moving again. Only a few more days of dbol and Im curious to see what happens when the test kicks in. Only side effects Im experiencing at the moment is the lump under my left nipple, some mild acne on my shoulders, lethargy, and trouble sleeping at night. Im assuming the lethargy and sleeping problems will probably go away after i get off the dbol, at least I hope it does.

id probably do some ab stuff on that day too...just because you can only do so many variations of shrugs. Im tired of them lagging behind.
 
I hear ya man...I want to improve mine a good bit too...

Something that Leanbody on here showed me that I really like, to hit them from a different angle, is lying on your stomach on an incline bench so that your arms hang, and shrugging DBs in that position...it feels really weird at first but I can feel a whole different part of the trap being recruited.
