It varies for me, I can get away with under 600 on the months where there are killer sales. When sales are weak I spend over 1k feeding my family of 4. 1 Adult , two children and a 4lb chihuahua

I've been plowing through red meat since i was a little over a year old

I was getting too chunked up from breast milk so they switched me over to beef way back then!
