I can say I appreciate any direction I have received from you . I guess some people aren't smart enough to realize that a sr. Mod with 6000 posts and has been here since 2009 probably isn't gonna give you shitty advise. Their loss.

I could use a source for something high in protein / carbs, cheesy, and greasy, but low in fat.......It's been so long :tounge2:
