Spot shots

I'd just like to hear some opinions. Are thier any benefits to spot shots with test prop.I feel like i get more outta my shots in the delt and traps. Does it matter if i put it all in my legs?

I just feel like i get a much better upper body pump when i do the delts, so i ll get the same effect if i just go into the quad all the time?
