Started TRT 1 year ago and I'm below where I started.

Hi guys,

1 year ago I started TRT

Before TRT my T levels were 2.8 nmol/l then endo asked for 1 more and it was 5.8

Started TRT 3 months later it was 30mnol/l...... It was amazing

3 months later it's 15. 6 weeks later its 11. then another 4 weeks its 9.

and now 4 weeks later It's 3.... I'm currently on Testogel - 5g daily (1sachet)

Anyone have any idea how My levels shot up to begin with but now its lower than before I started.
Also is this common do people often start TRT have a spike then drop through the floor?

why did you get on trt? are you self administering or do you have a doc? please share your stats as well. what is your cycle history?

If your hormone therapy is right there is no dropping low. With a daily treatment there would be a daily up and down but not to the point of LowT or there are problems with the program.

What other values do you have? Estrogen? When were the test taken? Always the same time of Day? Do you always dose at the same time?

What amount of testoserone is in the packet. Its isn't 5 grams. That may be the total of everything but gels are 1-3% testoserone last I looked at some. 1% gel would be 50mg of test in the 5 gram sachet.
