well my cycle is alrady posted but my routine goes as follows:

monday-Back

Deads- 2-3(working sets)x5
wide grip pullups 2x15
bent over barbell rows 2x8-12
and either lat pulldowns or straight arm pulldowns 2x8-10

tuesday-Chest

bench 4x5
weighted dips 2x12-15
incline DB presses 2x10

wednesday-rest

thursday-Legs

Squats 4-5x5
leg press 2x6-8
barbell lunges 2x10
glute raises 2x8-10

friday-shoulders

millitary press 3-5x5-6
one arm side raises 2x10
front raises 2x10
and sometimes some reverse flyes, but its really not needed

saturday-arms

close grip bench 4x5-6
BB curls 4x5
weighted dips 2x12-15
preacher curls 2x10

sunday-rest

ive seen insane strength and mass gains off this routine in the past couple months.

and how much percent is your body fat, also are you running any anti estrogens and pct.. also have you sufferend from any side effects lately, like shutdown, hairloss, high blood pressure, or gyno, can u post a picture of your slef cause looks like your getting good gains, also do u ahve lot of visible think veins

im prob at 12-14% body fat and im not running any ai's...just nolva at the end of the cycle...i never get sides, besidess being horny lol...and yes im pretty vascular...some pics

did my injects today....yesterday was insane...i moved my bench up this week on monday and when did shoulders yesterday i was pushing about 20lbs more (easily) on millitary press than last week
 
did my test today. shot it in both heads of my left bicep. stretch that bitch out idk lol...bench was gay yesterday, tried to move the weight up 5lbs but my elbows is killin me could barely move it once...today i did back, i killed deads...more than ive ever done by about 20lbs...my body weight has pretty much stayed the same for a while now, im stuck at 210.
 
about to do my injects....yesterday was great my millitary's went up a solid 5lbs with ease...currently im 210-211 depending on what time of day i weight myself....thats a whole 30lbs up from when i started!!!!!!!!!!!
 
did my test shot today...also did back, i skipped deads cuz i felt like shit...all the weight that i was usin last week on various excersises was feelin really light today...so all in all it was a good day.
