Stomach flu or Test flu?

okay so I'm on my second testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) shot of Test E and a few days later I got really sick. Bad stomach cramps, chills, fever, puking, diarrhea, couldn't eat anything, and just felt completely drained. Lasted for about 72 hours. Did I just get the stomach flu or is this Test Flu? Kind of nervous about getting my next shot since I don't want to ever feel like that again. Didn't have any reaction from the first shot. Any advice?

Is your Test coming from a pharmacy via a doctor's prescription?

I have never heard of anyone getting test flu off stuff from the pharmacy but that doesn't mean it can't happen. My guess though is that it was something else. Even if it is test flu, it is supposed to clear up after a few injections. Good luck with you next one.
