please stop saying this. you sound like a moron. the only reason you don't keep gains is because you are relying on the gear for your gains.
I was off juice for 4 years and never returned to my 'genetic self'. you know why? Because I i don't do what you do. i train my ass off and eat like an animal and used the gear as a tool... not as a shortcut.
no i dont, i rely on working out naturally to keep my gains, and i dont expect to keep what i gain by artifically increasing my hormone levels unless i frequently achieve those artifical levels over time
ive worked out for 17 yrs bro(of which aprox 30 weeks have been on juice, 30/884 weeks or 3%), its a great hobby and i know that in reality, im not going to keep that much of a 10 week cycle every 4-5 years(10 weeks roiding compared to 198 weeks of being natural)
thats just a false expectation if i think otherwise
i view juice as some temporary fun that i can have with my hobby and my wife and should be used in moderation due to the sides(mental dependence, hdl/ldl, lipids, joints, etc)
in your opinion, how much would you expect to keep of a 10 week cycle every 4-5 yrs? lets say test 400mgs a week for 10 weeks(standard cycle)
keep in mind, im 32, am the sole provider of my family of 5, have changing work schedules, diet, etc
to be honest, my next cycle is for the sex drive alone(all my best memories of last cycle were with my wife). not that i dont have one now, but at 32, i dont have what i did in my early 20s and my wife's sex drive is peaking(around age 30)
might as well knock the bottom out as much as possible while the opportunity exists because from what ive heard, once she hits 40, you can kiss sex goodbye
of course, the gains in the gym will be fun too
