Stroke from Steroids ?

I'd like to know if steroids cause strokes. What products are more likely to, and what products can help.
I'm sure there is a site about this somewhere.

AAS can affect your lipids which in turn affect your cardiovascular system which *could* potentially cause a stroke. But then again so can eating McDonald's, except that one has documented cases of it doing so. Taking fish oil has really helped me keep my lipids at a healthy levels as it's more of the ratio between HDL and LDL that matter. But then again, there are new studies coming out that show cholesterol may not even cause plaque, so we have to wait for the medical community to decide who the real boogeyman is.

Just make sure your blood doesn't get too thick. Watch your hematocrit levels on your blood work and keep it within range.

At the university I go to a running back on the football team had a stroke last summer. Guy was in incredible shape. He was using AAS when it happened, probably related, not sure what he was using though.
