my pill container has 7 compartmnets...
labels breakfast/lunch/dinner/pre work out/post work out/bed time/wake up...not those are all used like that, but it gives me an idea of were i am what i need to take when.

and my wife loves the mint ON protien..cant ever get enough protien IMO.

that a straight keto diet the TKD by IA was a lil more free form..plus its not always saturady it may be friday..so i have 2 close days were i get a lot of carbs..plus my diet is structure around my work schedual..but from fri/sat back to wed its like 3-4 days of low/no carbs...

my over all diet is a lil more complicated becuse of shifting work schedual and training days...my diet schedual is really never the same..some day i may carb load and have post work carbs otherdays it may jsut be a carb up meal (liek wed or sat) and some day like the days i pull tires i try to restrict carbs to almost 0 however if my tire drag day lands on wed or fri/sat i still have my carb up meal...so see my diet is kinda wishy washy..but it is workin...keeps my body guessing all the time..lol

...25 on incline is light for me...I was doiong 35-40 last week...but my anterior delt is really bugging me on my right side, so I didn't want to push it too hard...
