and my wife loves the mint ON protien..cant ever get enough protien IMO.

that a straight keto diet the TKD by IA was a lil more free form..plus its not always saturady it may be friday..so i have 2 close days were i get a lot of carbs..plus my diet is structure around my work schedual..but from fri/sat back to wed its like 3-4 days of low/no carbs...Brat said:Question...you do your carb up days on Wednesday and Saturday right??
