Great job on the sumo deads and the barbell rows. Impressive weights, brat! My grip sucks too. I have grown to love my lifting hooks.
 
My callouses start to hurt, too...and that's just not fun...I wanted to do another set of DB one-arm rows and a coupla sets of upright rows, my hands were just too raw...lifting gloves are back in MI...blah.

56 g of Carbs, of which, 31 g are fiber...haha...I've met my fiber allotment for the day...
 
i work on grip strength and rack pulls..very impressive wts Brat..also what in the hell gave you 31g of fiber already? can we say shit city?

Haha...Fiber One cereal with soy milk...basically will be the only carbs I'll get today...

Very nice work on the deads Brat. What I suggest doing is completing your back workout, then go over and grab some of the 60-70lb dumbells and hold them for as long as you can for 2-3 sets and increase the weight each week as your grip gets stronger. I've been doing this for a while and now I rarely use straps even when pulling heavy.

I must say, I was doing some close-grip BB curls this morning, and damn did my arms look nice...haha...:wiggle:

That is the problem I have. It is my hands(callouses and broken bone in my finger) more than grip strength that won't allow me to hold any amount of heavy weight for reps. I HATE it! :baby:

Cardio is okay...I need to get my ass OUTSIDE and run though...I feel thinner though...I hate my workshirt because it actually fits!! And until I find a all-black fleece/windbreaker, I can't wear anything over it...I'm freezing my ass off at work!! :sadwavey:
