i'd hit some cardio...if only our place doesn't suck for it. so, buying a mountain bike and cycling to this village I know....it's the fucking perfect place to do those cardios, sleds and the likes *nods*

whats wrong w/the upper bewbie/shoulder area? i strained mine a lil ways back..took about 3 weeks to clear up
may actually be a bicep strain...does it run over the collar bone area? mine did and the DOC told me i strained the bi/upper pec tie in.Brat said:It hurts. i showed him the motion i was doin when i did injured it.
NEITHER DID MINE..IT WAS ALL THE TIE IN AREA UP NEAR/ACROSS THE CLAVICLE AREA.oops sorry bout the caps.Brat said:Nah...it doesn't hurt when I do any biceps stuff...
