i'd hit some cardio...if only our place doesn't suck for it. so, buying a mountain bike and cycling to this village I know....it's the fucking perfect place to do those cardios, sleds and the likes *nods*
 
So as part of my new job training, I had to have a Goal Assessment with a trainer...he told me the way I lift and my goals are not compatible...he also told me I wasn't getting enough protein...wtf?
 
I get over 200 g...this guy doesn't know what he's talking about...

My ultimate goal is to start running races...so he's right that my lifting regime isn't exactly tailored to my goals...:dunno:

My shoulder/upper pec area has been bugging me...I'm not sure why...it's scaring me...:sulk:

Cardio:
30 minutes on the treadmill, pre-workout
30 minutes playing b-ball, post-workout
15 minutes on the elliptical, post-workout
 
work out looks nice

whats wrong w/the upper bewbie/shoulder area? i strained mine a lil ways back..took about 3 weeks to clear up

It hurts. I'm not sure...I can feel it when I lift chest/shoulders...I'm sure the look on my face when I do front raises is great...reallll attractive...it's like the pectoralis minor or whatever...where it ties in with the anterior delt area...

may actually be a bicep strain...does it run over the collar bone area? mine did and the DOC told me i strained the bi/upper pec tie in.

i showed him the motion i was doin when i did injured it.

Nah...it doesn't hurt when I do any biceps stuff...:dunno:

I had some guy approach me and ask me if I was a powerlifter...he was telling me about the NASA Sports organization...said I should do a few comps down here...any of y'all heard of NASA Sports?

no idea about the NASA.....and I only had POWERLIFTING IN SPACe....weird mind I have
 
Just sucks because I have to sit in class all day...not fun...I'm taking Icy Hot with me...so what if I smell like an old person!! =)
