I doubt my arms are bigger than anyone's here!! There's a kid I work with that keeps telling me my arms are bigger than his, even though he outweighs me by at least 50 lbs...

LOL! My arm is decent sized, I guess, for a girl...but it's not THAT big compared with guys!

...there's this guy that comes to the gym I work at that reminds me of you, adidamps...I'm not sure WHY exactly, but he does...and it makes me smile! Hehe...:wiggle:

Haha...I could wait until we have a better president, but after studying politics for four years, I fear that day will not be anytime soon...

I want to serve my country, not my president. I believe in what our country represents, even though we may not practice what we preach. I could go on, but I won't. I just want to live my life for a purpose instead of myself.

I'd like to go into some area of intelligence...then hopefully one day when I'm out of the military, I can get my dream job of being a political or military analyst with the CIA...
 
Okay...thought I'd update a little...been doing all my weight training with my trainer over at Metroflex...I just do what he tells me and don't write it down, so I have no log to post, unless y'all wanna know what I'm doing for cardio and what I'm eating...anyway...I did a li'l weight training today at the gym, after my buttload of cardio:

24SEPT06

Bench:
(95/10) x 3

Cable Crossovers:

40/15
(50/12) x 2

Wide-grip pulldown:
(70/15) x 3, supersetted with...
Close-grip pulldown:
(70/15) x 3

Seated dip machine:
(195/12) x 3, supersetted with...
Barbell curls:
30/15, one set each of close-grip, wide-grip, and reverse-grip...

Captain's chair crunches:
3 x 15...my abs are hurting after the beating they've been taking all week!!

Cardio (all pre-workout):
  • 20-minute swim
  • 24 minutes on the treadmill, 2.5-2.7mph @ 15% incline
  • 15 minutes on the elliptical
  • 15 minutes on the stairmill
  • 15 minutes on the recumbant bike

Okay, someone help... :help:

My hip is bugging the hell outta me...I walk like an effin' pimp right now because it just plain hurts...but I can't think of anything I could have done to hurt it unless it happened at the same time that I injured my back doing DLs...does anyone have any good stretches or anything?? :dunno:
 
you could of got the hip pullin.i at times get mine right in the front right off the hip bone right at your waist.all though all the running could definately get your hips.eat some ibuprofen give it a break for a day or so.maybe some ice if it's that bad.

I think it was the DL'ing...I swear I am getting old...I think I pulled my groin muscle yesterday doing partial rep hack squats or parking lot lunges...do girls even HAVE groin muscles to pull!?!? Hehe...:wiggle:
