My legs hurt. I did an hour of cardio this morning (15 min. on four different pieces) and when I got on the recumbant bike, I think they were going to burn off...:sadwavey:
 
Hour is nothing!! I am the cardio queen...I need to get my ass running outside again...the weather has finally cooled down enough where I should be able to do that...plus, you gotta vary it up to make it interesting...
 
Eh...I'm steadily losing weight every week, but not nearly enough as I want to...my trainer just informed me that from Friday until Monday, I get as close to zero carbs as possible. Not fun. Not even VEGGIES!! :sadwavey: The plane ride to Michigan will not be a fun one...:sulk:

Supposedly enlisting on Monday...blah.

Basic diet...lower carb, no higher than 1g/lb of protein...blah...not fun...

Okay, so for a while there, I was focusing primarily on cardio to get my weight/measurements where they needed to be for the Army. Things didn't go as planned with that, so I started lifting casually again these past two weeks. Not hardcore, but I'm getting there. Had a decent enough back workout the other day to where my hammies are sore from deadlifting. I'll start posting again when I start keeping track again...need to get a new workout/food log. It's moto for me to have new things. Buying new shoes this weekend so I can have more moto to run outside in this beautiful Texas weather. :wiggle:
