*Kinda crowded there this morning...These two guido looking guys kept getting in my way and staring at me...I almost beat them in their pretty li'l faces...Plus, there was this gorgeous guy there this morning...made it hard to concentrate on what I was doing...mmm...big and bald and great eyes...and a thick back...:wiggle:

Took three days off from the gym. So damn fuckin' tired lately. Today was just a light leg workout. Trying to avoid using heavy weights as I just want to gain definition to my legs, not size. They grow like crazy if I'm not careful!
 
So I went and had my body-fat measured at the gym this morning...she used three different methods (seven-site, four-site, and hand-held device) and got three very different results:

Seven-site: 19%
Four-site: 26%
Hand-held: 33%

I'm more inclined to believe the seven-site is more accurate than the other two...not because the number is lower, but because the number of sites is higher...

Goal: 15-17%...

I would lean more towards believing the 7 site measurement as well, Brat. Congrats...you are almost at your goal!!!!
