My hammies are sore. I apparently need to deadlift more often. I want solid hammies, not jiggly ones. :sadwavey:

...tman, you'll get pics if you beat the shit of Mulligan for me. He is no longer in my good graces...:sadwavey:

Good work brat!

Yes, deadlifts are great for hammies and butt. Well, really deads are great for everything!

I need to work on my upper back strength so I can do a pullup...I go to the gym and just kinda hang on the bars, letting my lats feel my weight and get used to it...it sucks, because I'm short and all my weight is in my ass and thighs, so it pulls me down. Dammit. :sulk:

sumo deads for the bootay. it's true, most gals in our gym, just by doing sumos got great butts. and I swear some even touched mine O_O

GM and SLDL or romainian DL will hit the Hammies good as will a few other good exercises in that area..as far as pull ups you might wanna try starting off with inverted pull-ups (lie under a smith mach bar set pretty low. keep feet on floor and pull your upper body up, kinda like a push up, up side down.)
