Yes...Cyclical Ketogenic Diet.

And I like the taste of soy milk...plus, a few less carbs than normal milk has...

Yeah, I know the fat intake is too low...that's why I said 'kinda'...I can't eat that much fat...unless I went all crazy on cheese or something...I don't like that much fatty food...and I limit them or else I'll just go crazy (like, with peanut butter!)...

thats kind of the idea with fat.
what about bacon and suasage...dont forgot avocados loaded with fat and fiber (actually thats pretty much all an avacodo is 60grams = 10 fat and 6 fiber)
did you peek at that link i sent ya? good info there.

It makes sense...it's just hard for me to eat fats...I would worry more about my cholestrol and sodium levels increasing, thus putting me at risk for problems down the road...I'm hesitant to even do a low-carb diet because I know the importance of carbs in energy production and how integral running and other endurance activities are to my training right now...

untrue...go to the diet forum or look in my thread history and look at the paeleolithic diet info i posted...also not ethe Eskimos eat exclusively fat and protien and have normal range cholestoral leavels. there is a lot of good info on a high fat low carb diet out there i have a shit load of links if you wish for me to pass em too you. most of the info comes from Paleolithic diets and early native american diet both of which are known for there high fat low carb diets. these people were in exellent health and condition. large bone structures and next to no deseases plagued them until the introdution of starchy carbs like potatoes/legumes(strangely enough peanuts fall into this)/wheat products.

also know that your body is plenty capable of working at high intensity on FAT alone.. how do you think that cave men ran down there wild game meat..surely not by downing a quick oats and eatting a power bar before hand.
