Been feelin' kinda blah lately...frustrated and stressed...you know the deal...and I keep freakin' pulling muscles, it seems like...yesterday, I was doing seated calf raises, and somehow pulled my inner thigh muscle...my left calf muscle has been killing me...I was doing pushups and my chest felt so damn tight...today, it's my upper back/traps and arms. And I feel like I pulled my freakin' right quad getting onto the damn upright bike this morning. I dunno what my deal is lately. It makes me sad...
This morning was just cardio:
15 minutes treadmill
30 minutes elliptical
15 minutes upright
I'll be going back later today when I get outta work and get some shit done...although, there is a tornado watch in effect out here...not fun...Brat's second biggest fear is severe weather!
