I seriously should train my legs more...sore as hell...my trainer said to take aspirin like candy...woo...gotta PT test Tuesday, need my legs to run!

No PT test...my recruiter went on leave and didn't tell me...haha...next week...woo...

Apparently not. I ain't mad though...my legs killed from stupid parking lot lunges...kinda cool to know I do parking lot lunges in the same parking lot that Ronnie Coleman does...haha...:wiggle:

it is to figure out what Ronnie is on.
go look at the steroid profile list and that should pretty much cover it. minus the Myostatin blockers he's more than likey on as well.

So lately, the only weight training I've been doing is with my trainer at M'Flex, and I don't pay attention to what he has me doing/what weight...I just do it...but I missed yesterday's session, so this morning, when I went to the gym, I decided to do something similar to what he has me doing...

SUPERSET #1
Leg extension:
(100/10) x 5
Leg curl:
(80/10) x 5
*30 seconds between supersets*

SUPERSET #2
Lateral DB raises:
(10/10) x 3
Military DB press:
(10/10) x 3
Front DB raises:
(10/10) x 3
*60 seconds between supersets*

SUPERSET #3
Incline DB curl:
(20/10) x 3
Incline DB press:
(20/10) x 3
*30 seconds between supersets*

SUPERSET #4
Lat pulldown:
75/10, (90/10) x 2
Triceps cable pushdown:
40/10, (50/10) x 2
Seated low row:
50/10, (75/10) x 2
*45 seconds between supersets*

Finished with...
Bench press
45/10 (WU), (95/8) x 3

CARDIO
15 minutes treadmill, pre-workout
15 minutes stairmill, post-workout
