I get my trainer back! Yay!! :rockband:

Month and a half left, and I wanna drop about 10 more pounds before I ship. Woot. I can do that, easily.
 
Okay, so last night was my first night back with my totally awesome trainer...who hates me. Hah. Seriously - 20 side laterals with 20 lbs!? Christ. Anyway...I know that when I get to basic, I'll be better primed than anyone else...it was good getting back to that gym...the atmosphere is so...hardcore. Back to two-a-day workouts...wanna drop 15 lbs before I ship, though I only really need to drop 5...

Monday:
AM Cardio:
15 minutes treadmill
30 minutes elliptical
15 minutes stairmill

PM Cardio:
15 minutes treadmill, pre-weight training
15 minutes stationary bike, post-weight training

...I'd log my weight-training, but I don't remember it, nor do I pay attention to the weights, except on those damned side laterals. :sulk:
 
nice work and good luck sugarbutt. oh no i just noticed the between the sheets with fishie. i wish i was between the sheets with your little fishie.
