My mood has improved since I've been able to train again...still kinda blah, but oh well...
 
The combination of yesterdays DLs and shrugs and today's leg workout has made me sore from my neck to my knees...

Pretty sure it's water weight...at least a majority of it...

...you're the brat! Braggin' about gaining weight...hehe...I'm envious...except today is my cheat meal day!! :wiggle:
