First off, to answer your questions:
1. Although you can go up to 200mcg on Clen, just go up to 100mcg like Hells stated and see how you feel (also what Hells said). Over 120 is NOT useless at all, its just you'll see for your first go around that 100mcg will probably be enough. If not, increase as you can.
Also, when you come off your two weeks and then get back on, most guys can start right back up at the peak dosage they left off at (say 100mcg instead of tapering up again from 60mcg). My wife goes up to 80 mcg/day and she only tapers once when she starts. After that she starts each cycle with that dosage. Make sense?
2. OK, for T3, you want to do something like this.
5% taper up (start at say 25mcg)
45% peak
55% taper down
Don't stay on longer than 6-8 weeks. And I would peak at a dosage of 100mcg/day and I would stay around that number for your first time to see how it works.
Now, with that said, this shit is serious, your f**king with your thyriod here, so be careful. Yes, you will need a steroid, preferably at least 500mg/week of test. Some guys still experience muscle depletion with that, so keep your eyes peeled.
T3 will eat the fat off of you, but you will notice some sides. Sweating like no tomorrow, not just on your face and body, but weird places like your feet and hands. Also, prepare for some lethargy.
Lastly, make sure your diet is wicked clean once you come off for at least 2-4 weeks as you may have some rebound (not a definite), but just to be safe, this is a good measure until your thyroid gets back to normal.
