So Ive read a lot of really mixed things on this and would greatly appreciate some advice. What is considered a high dose. I was thinking of using some to help w some bodyfat on my next run. Im about 10% right now and I can eat clean and drop some but wouldnt mind a little help. I was thinking of starting at 12.5 mcg then to 25 mcg then up to 5o and the back down. Advice or input is welcome good or bad
