T3 looking for experienced users

So Ive read a lot of really mixed things on this and would greatly appreciate some advice. What is considered a high dose. I was thinking of using some to help w some bodyfat on my next run. Im about 10% right now and I can eat clean and drop some but wouldnt mind a little help. I was thinking of starting at 12.5 mcg then to 25 mcg then up to 5o and the back down. Advice or input is welcome good or bad

And if i am not mistaken some of the vets where running it as high as 100mcg a day for the top week.

something like 12.5/25/50/75/100/75/50/25/12.5

I have used t3 before with out standing results but I have never gone past 50 mcgs a day. So my cycle was two weeks on each.

12.5 x 2 weeks / 25 x 2 weeks / 50 x 2 weeks and then back down.

I think next time i use t3 I am going to give the other one a try and see what happens.

I sweat my ass off when I am on it as well during the night !!!!
 
Ive heard 50 mcg was prob the "safest" to stay at. Def would be nervous about going all the way up to 100. I dont wanna shut down my throid. Hopefully more people chime in im curious to see who else has gone that high. But what to do did you use clen with it at all? Also how long did it take you to notice results? And yes I would be eating extremely clean

I have had labs on 40 and 50mcg's daily. These doses both put my TSH right at the edge of hyperthyroid. I frankly don't need anymore than that and feel diet and cardio is way more important. I always run AAS while on T3 to spare muscle.
 
So heavy iron would do you plan on using t3 again on blast? And thats what im planning to use it on cycle. Some guy here was bragging he ran it alone and had great results but im sure a lot of that weight was a lot of muscle

T3 may be used to cut or bulk. I'm currently on 40mcg's daily going into a lean bulk.

There is a study showing T3 will lower LBM without AAS so you are probably right.

They gave one group of subjects 50 mcg/day of T3 plus placebo (P), or 50 mcg/day of T3 plus 200 mg/week of testosterone enanthate (T). As you can see, the T group gained LBM despite the T3, whereas the T3 group lost muscle mass:

"After 28 days of bed rest, the men in the P group lost an average of 3.9 kg of body weight (i.e. from 82.0 ± 7.1 to 78.1 ± 7.1 kg). Body weight in the T-treated subjects declined by only 1.0 kg (78.9 ± 4.9 to 77.9 ± 4.9 kg). This treatment x time interaction was statistically significant (P = 0.002). Lean body mass declined by 1.5 kg in the P group, whereas the T-treated subjects experienced nearly a 2-kg increase in lean mass (i.e. 1.7 ± 0.9 kg); again, the treatment x time interaction was statistically significant (P = 0.04)."
 
You know anything about t4 at all? I never knew they even had it until just a minute ago. I wonder how that works. So in your opinion definitely worth running then?
 
HeavyIron ive checked this thread out and you have some good stuff to say about t3.
ive been stacking t3 and clen, both at low doses for about 2 weeks and have not felt any side effects as of yet. ive seen the postings for 19% bf or lower being ok and anything else higher than that, youre making your heart push much harder. Im at around 21 -22% BF. I have fat of course but not like you might think when you see that bf #. i have a good amount of muscle mass. 6' 0 weighing 260 lbs. im just looking to chop pounds and a lil size. Is this a good stack?
 
T3 gave me the shittest headaches of my life! Never again- don't f**k with your thyroid. I was fine with clen though, i thinkit's much safer
 
I'm just running 25mcg for 8 weeks with AAS. With diet and cardio i've cut 4 percent body fat and I have about a week and a half to go. It does help but I wouldn't go too high on it. No need to.
 
When you males run T3 , do you use a AAS such as test or halotestin ?

I've read the halotestin is used for people with low test. (i know its not test). And since you can only use it 4 weeks safely is it a good candidate for t3?

halotestin is bad for you....really bad...i stay away. too toxic.


test would be great to use to T3. i always do. i never go past 62.5mcg. no need for it.

i am always so hungry while on it tho so it makes it hard to not eat cuz i am starving.


25mcg is great for nutrient partitioning tho. better than Need2slin, slin sane, etc etc.


i would use 25mc ED for bulking also. :uzi:
 
Also check out t-3 post cycle therapy (pct) over at NTBM. Just an extra measure to make sure that thyroid gets kicking again when you finish cycle.
 
I can tell you I'm running 10mcg of T3 daily and can definitely feel it, I started last Monday. Next week I will likely bump it up to 15mcg.
