Test and prop cut/strength log

Yeah I remember I said I'd post some when the thread began, I'm posting them below. The first two I took in a fitting room about 2-3 weeks ago just cause I was bored, and the others I just took now (end of 5th week)... I have no idea how you guys get all these professional looking shots, cause I think the ones I have suck.

And yeah BD, if I start I'd probably go with 100 EOD (350/wk). Might do that till the end and up the test to 700 too. We shall see. I had always wanted tren to be the meat of my second (and hopefully final) cycle, so this will give me some experience.
 
Thanks man. Yeah so far I've been superbly satisfied with their stuff and their correspondence is obscenely fast... think text message fast. If it ain't broke :)

Probably will up to 700 test tomorrow (200 EOD). Man the PIP today was BAD... managed to block it outta my mind and squat 495x3, with definitely more in the tank. Yesterday's PRs included 215x6 OHP, 135x9 DB incline, and 225x31 on flat :) Other than the 225 rep test though, my flat pressing has been stagnant. I will probably experiment with different methods to get it up, but increasing juice will help I'm sure.
 
Damb bro, 31 reps is some serious endurance and 135x9 on the incline is insane. Keep working hard and switch your routine up and i'm sure you'll bust through that plateau. Do you have a spotter or workout partner when you do those big lifts?
 
Thanks man. Depends. I'm pretty cool with most people at my gym and if I don't know anyone there I'll just grab someone and tell them how to spot me. More often than not I don't have problems. Other than that, my crew comes at all different times throughout the day nowadays but every now and then I'll text one of my boys to work out with me if I feel like it

Well, it's official. Just pinned 200mg prop (as opposed to the usual 150). Meaning my weekly test dosage will be up from 525/wk to 700/wk. How long you guys think it'll take till those extra mg's test start doing their work?
 
You finally pulled the trigger on that, huh? Good deal man, I hope it helps break through that plateau. I would guess you'll feel it in 10-14 days. Good luck!

PRs today: flat 335x9, 225x33 , cg incline 275x10.

Also, on another note, I don't know if it was the 200mg test, the HCG, or the viagra I popped (probably the combination of all of them lol), but I fucked like a champion today. I wonder how tren would affect my shit

Well, I am still on my cutting calories and will probably stick to them for another month or so. So, I know I won't maximize a bulking cycle. My ideal goal would be about 10lbs LBM, but I want to improve my tightness and shape (fighting shitty genetics lol). That is why I am looking into the prop, var, winnie types. It has been over 15 years since I pinned anything, so not sure if that makes me a beginner again.
 
Gotcha. Regarding the var, if this is any help: consider the fact that I am 10 pounds bloated from the prop, and yet in spite of this I still have way more vascularity than I ever have at any point in my life (and I was a shredded shredded 160-some pounds last summer too.. def much less body fat % than I am now). Unfortunately the pictures I posted don't really do it justice, but it's extremely noticeable in the summer heat or after any real strenuous type of activity.

Good lifts brother. Interesting question regarding the tren and sexual performance. If you dose tren higher then test then perhaps this might create an issue, but i'm sure viagra would still do the trick so I wouldn't worry about it so long as you have the proper notice before hand so you can pop your pills and wait for go time. I think at the end of the day you can deal with a minor inconvenience for the sake of the results that it will yield. But let's hope the non-performance doesn't put you into a tren rage and you go and do some crazy shit, haha.
 
^ lol well running tren that high is definitely the priority, but limp dick isn't a side I'm willing to deal with either. I will probably get some Bremelanotide just in case (libido peptide). Plus, they say that prami is great for libido... I want to order some tonight, maybe from GWP.

On another note, I made a last minute decision to do a bench meet tomorrow. I wanna compete in the 181 class, meaning 181 is the top of my class. I woke up today at 195 and have been aggressively trying to cut weight since.

If you remember earlier in my log, I determined that I was about 11 pounds bloated from the prop... in other words, I believe I can lose a substantial amount of water weight and still be physiologically healthy, since much of the water I'm carrying is extraneous and prop-induced anyway.

Took some Lasix earlier (prescription diuretic, I think it's past its expiration date but it should still work) and am spending the rest of my day in and out of a hot water bath. Right now I'm about 187 so I think I'm on track to make it... it'll just be a question of rehydrating after the weighing tomorrow, but I think I'll be ok :)
 
If research stop exemestane hadn't been such a bunk piece of shit to begin with maybe I wouldn't be having this problem though. AVOID THIS POS LAB. Thanks :)
 
Damn brother, I wish you wouldn't have done that. This meet better pay out if you're going to do some crazy shit like that. And you'd better hydrate after the weigh in and bring home that gold for your troubles.

You know what's funny, i'm at 195 today. BTW, Rui Letro is the real deal. If you want to completely suppress bloat and want those veins popping, I highly recommend it. Good luck man and update us on your progress. What state are you in?
 
Thanks man. I had my last meal until my weigh in tomorrow morning a lil while ago, and I'm now at 180.0 flat... I need to be at most 82.5 kg... in other words, 181.88 lbs. Obv Im pretty close to where I wanna be, but I'm just trying to get 100% as dry as possible before tomorrow morning so as to minimize any discrepencies between scales and whatnot. Just jumped in my last hot water bath for the night, then off to bed, and we'll see how tomorrow goes! :) Feeling good though... but maaaan today was fucking boring

I was back at 198 by the time the meet was over. I performed as I was hoping I would :) good experience, but not something I plan on making a habit. I did what I wanted and I am satisfied.

Went to the gym afterwards but couldn't make it through my entire workout since I was super tired (didn't sleep last night cause I was excited). PRed with 215 x 7 on OHP. Probably gonna try 2 plates next workout... been so long since I last touched this! PSYCHED!!!
