Test and prop cut/strength log

It's part of my zma formula. It is dosed at 10.5 mg's (525% daily value). I got the prami but i'm not too concerned either, my friend runs tren all the time and doesn't take anything for it and he's been fine. We'll see, more concerned about the hair loss, that's a deal-breaker for me. I here you man, you plan a cycle and budget it out and suddenly you've doubled up from the original plan. With that said, it's our first cycle so there was much to learn and now it should be smooth sailing.

I'm going to play with my liquid varden (pde5 inhibitor) and see if it's worth a damn, I plan on having a very fun and active week so it better not disappoint. I'd rather have a pill form of viagra so if you find a source, hit me up so I can cop some.

I had to curtail today's workout short because I was spending too much time in the gym, but it was good nonetheless.

PRs:

OHP 225x3... haven't hit 2 plates in over 2 years, so this felt GOOD!! My all-time best is 225x7 or 245x4, so I'm hoping to get at least to there by cycle's end

CG incline: 285x10... on to 295 next workout!! Aiming to get to 315x10 at the very least by cycle's end... shouldn't be a problem, all-time best is 315x5

DB inclines: I've been plateaued at 135x9 for longer than I'm comfortable with, and I've figured out why. I have trouble maintaining form on the set... my elbow always caves in and I have difficulty pressing on the same plane, and these little inconsistencies during the set always throw me off. So, I'm making a more conscious decision to press in a much more concentrated and slower fashion to fix this temporary set-back. Did 135x5 like this... it will go up fast again I am sure.

Bench is being stubborn, but adding tren tomorrow will definitely accelerate my progress. EXCITED!!!
 
Alright, SO. Monday was officially the start of week 7 of my cycle, marking the halfway point of my cycle. Up until now it's just been test + var... these final 6 weeks (plus some time to taper off + PCT) will mark the addition of tren to my cycle. So I figure now would be a good time to mark my progress:

SOHP: 205 x 5 -----> 225 x 3
DB inc: 125 x 10 -----> 135 x 9
BB inc: 285 x 5 (wide grip) -----> 285 x 10 (close grip)
Flat: 325 x 6 -----> 335 x 9
Flat: 225 x 21 -----> 225 x 33
Squats: 495 x 1 -----> 505 x 3

Modest strength increases. You have to take into account the fact that it took 10 days for my shit to kick in, and it took me a while to recognize that certain facets of my training needed to change if I was to keep my progress up.

That being said, I think that the second half of the cycle will be very special. I won't set any goals in writing here, but I'm optimistic that my rate of progress will continue to accelerate. Stay tuned :)

Basically, acknowledging when my rate of progress wasn't satisfactory, and finding ways to optimize it by changing my training.

Some examples:
- resting longer between my bench and squat sessions, which allowed me to attack my squats with a fresher mindset. Squats started going up soon thereafter.
- plateauing on bb inclines. So I reset the weight to a lighter one, changed my grip from a wide one to close one, and worked my way back up. Now I'm stronger on close grip than I was on wide grip at the same weight.
- changing rep schemes on my overheads

My most recent change is a form change on my db incline presses... as I said earlier, I'm usually a pretty fluid presser, but it's difficult to maintain form the heavier I go, since even the slightest difference in the plane I press the DBs will affect my strength. I guess you could say I've turned to training my DB inclines as a bodybuilder would, in a sense that its very slow and controlled. By doing this, I'm able to control the plane I press them on and perform my reps more consistently... it'll start to pay dividends soon I'm sure.

505 x 5 on squats. All time PR. Going for 515 on Saturday... 545 for reps and a 6 plate 1RM should be in reach by cycles end.

In case you guys are wondering, yes, I do other exercises besides the press variations and squats that I list here... it's just a whole lot of instinctive training that I personally don't really care to record here, whereas the sets I do record here, I do because I have specific number goals for them in mind, so I like to chart my progress.

Will PROBABLY pin the tren sometime later today. I have some reservations about it but we'll see. Also, been a little more bloated than usual... not sure if this is due to the increased test dosage, lowered Aromasin dosage, or increased/erratic fluid intake since my competition Saturday. I will thoroughly monitor it though.

Also cutting calories by 250 today.
 
Also gonna start thinking about cutting out the Anavar (var) if I do add tren... I'm a pretty stupid dude though so knowing me I'll probably keep em both in.

I'll also probably add some extra volume in if I do decide to do the tren, which I probably will. Calves, abs, traps, tris, and back.
 
Nice work on the squats. I hear you on the reservations about the tren usage, the shit is powerful and you never know how you'll react. With that said, you've responded favorably to the other compounds so I think you'll be good. However, if it was me, I would definitely cut out the Anavar (var) and replace it with the tren. I'm conservative with introducing new compounds to my body so I honestly am only going to start with 160 mg's of tren the first week and then move up as I go so that I know what to do for my next cycle for optimal gains.
 
I'm not enjoying quad pinning as much as I used to. My friend tried pinning his quad a few weeks back (first cycle) and his very first pin hit a nerve. This kind of scared me, so nowadays I poke myself in like 5 areas before I go all in, and I withdraw if I feel even the slightest tingly sensation... more often than not, its all in my head, but I end up trying so many spots that I end up like a pin cushion.

This morning I tried pinning quad and felt like a weird 'elasticity' when I went down, and blood immediately rushed out. Wasn't scary or anything, just annoying that the pinning is not as simple as it used to be. Oy.

Dude the tren even LOOKS intimidating. The prop is this nice faint yellow piss colored oil... and then tren is this murky brown looking fucking shit that looks like rust and dirty toilet water. Yuck.

Well, it's in, 100 mg tren ace... only took me the entire day to convince myself to shoot it. Wonder how long it'll take before I see its effects. Really excited to see how my bench reacts! It wasn't responding to the test as well as, say, my squat was, so it will be interesting to watch. The optimist in me is hoping for reps with 365 by cycle's end (I will throw an "at least" in there for good measure :))

NOW! The addition of tren raises a few issues/questions, specifically with regards to the other compounds I'm running. One, do I keep or eliminate the var, now that I've included its much stronger cousin? And two (and more concerning to me): my test doses. I feel the extra test/lowered aromasin has been bloating me more than usual, but again, its too early to definitively say. That being said, with tren in the equation, I imagine that more test will go unused, so I'm afraid that it'll convert to either estro (bloat concerns) or DHT (hair loss concerns). Hmm..

At this point I will probably play by ear and adjust as necessary... either way, I will make no changes until tren really starts kicking in.

Also, I really have zero predisposition towards male pattern baldness in my family, but I am going to take every precaution in the book to avoid potential hair loss. I will start researching tomorrow. Oh, and extra showers a day just to make sure no acne.

On another note, I think the increased test dose (200mg EOD as opposed to 150 EOD) kicked in rather quickly. I upped the dose last Tuesday (8 days ago) and def had gained strength I wasn't expecting both today and yesterday. Just a side note is all.
 
Balls are tingly... as far as I've read that means that my balls are changing size. Don't necessarily think its from the tren per se, but rather from the fact that I have yet to find an ideal HCG protocol. Now that tren has been added, I'll have to experiment to see what works best.
 
And we're off! I'm looking forward to this. Personally, I would cut the Anavar (var) and lower the test for what you are looking to do. Good point regarding the fact that with the addition of tren fighting for the same receptors, perhaps test will convert to estro or dht at a higher rate. I haven't seen studies on this but it makes sense.

Also, perhaps you should increase the aromasin dosage so you feel more comfortable eliminating the Anavar (var) and to prevent and mitigate the bloating you have. Hard to say though knowing that you just recently cut so much water for that contest, i'm positive there would be a side effect where your body would want further to retain water as a defense of sorts.

I would guess that you would feel the tren in 2 and a half to 3 days but report any and all changes as i'm very interested in how your body responds to it. You decided to stay on a deficit, right? Was it 250?
 
Yeah man I think so too... Im walking around in the low 2s nowadays, much higher than I was pre-contest.

Will definitely report everything. So far no PIP from the tren. And yeah, I'm at a 250 calorie deficit. The dude's log that I linked you to inspired me to continue my cut. My next run with tren in the spring will be a big time gainer though... I'm already planning it out haha

I feel like its a catch 22 with the increasing Aromasin dosage too.. because if the test wants to be converted to esto but can't, in my mind that leaves DHT conversion as the only remedy. So I'm sure I will modify my compound dosing at one point or another
 
I hear you, but i'm sure all will work out. Plenty of people have done test and tren logs without major sides and you said you most likely aren't pre-disposed to it. With that said, i'll have some finasteride in my cart and ready to buy at a moments notice should it creep up so I recommend you do the same.

I hope I get my package today so I can start tonight but from the original quote he gave that probably isn't likely.
 
Did you go with PEA or Pinnacle? And when did they ship it? PEA always gets it to me within 2-3 days... crazy speed.
 
I went with Pinn just so that I know exactly how their products work for me. I paid monday and I believe he said it would ship on wednesday. If i'm not mistaken, they ship from the east coast and I am here in So Cal so saturday is probably more realistic but i'm hoping for sooner.

I have PEA's pricelist and will have them on hand as my #2 as I am happy with Pinnacle and their prices, though I believe PEA sells Tren A for $10 less. Pulling hairs at that point, all that matters is quality for me. One of these days i'm gonna venture into their hgh, I have heard really good things about their quality.
 
How soon do you plan on getting into HGH? I won't be joining you there for a while bud, most I'm willing to do is GHRPs for now.. dunno why I have this barrier up against it. I think I'm really afraid of the whole organ distension side effect thing too, that would kill my aesthetics.

I do have a few things I'd like to learn more about. Insulin is definitely in the cards, just dunno for when, and MGF sounds appealing too... just sounds like it'd be a hassle to administer and might not really provide any benefit over things I can't get elsewhere. Other than that, maybe GH frag and some SARMS for PCT/bridging... all stuff I wanna get a little more thorough on. And some other stuff I won't get into right now.
