Just pin the upper right side of your ass. There is no need to be fooling around going in and out and traumatizing your quads like that. And hit the thigh, the lower portion, it can handle larger loads and won't hurt as much as the quads do.
 
Yeah dude, the PIP today was absurd, I couldn't even finish my workout cause I couldn't perform some exercises. I knew it was gonna be bad cause it immediately hurt after pinning yesterday, which has never happened before. I will try gluteus sometime this week.

I'm anticipating tren will kick in sometime by this weekend. My prop took about 11 days to kick in, so that would logically mean that the acetate ester would kick at a similar time, if not a bit sooner. I'll say it again though... definitely happy I upped the prop dose from 150 to 200 EOD... has made a world of difference. I seem to be very sensitive to water rentention from the estro conversation though... whenever I up the test dose, I begin to add bloat starting 3 days afterwards, like CLOCKWORK (I've upped from 100 to 150 to 200 EOD this cycle thus far). Interesting huh

Also, although I'm running tren on a deficit in theory, I will be somewhat lenient on occasion. I haven't had any cheat meals in months...I'm usually annoyingly clean with my diet (like, I'm that guy who brings protein shakes to a party and chugs em when noone else is looking lol), but I plan on sneaking in some cheat meals (but healthy ones!) on my high carb days like today. Plan on engorging myself on some Chipotles later :D

I also plan on beginning to run my GHRPs one of these days. I mean it this time lol... I will post my protocol as soon as I finalize it
 
I'm carrying a significant amount of bloat right now (started at a dry 185 and am now 198, so 13 pounds) but apparently don't look as bad as I thought I did... I'm really curious to see how my body ends up looking after the cycle when all the water is off. Like, how much mass I gained on the cut... I guess the scale difference between my post-cycle weight and my pre-cycle weight will tell me more precisely.

The best part about having more mass? I get to eat more :D
 
I hear you, I love to eat so if this cycle enables me to eat 400-500 more calories per day to sustain and validate my new gains then I will be a happy man. Chipotles, huh? That sure sounds good right about now.
 
Ok. Something that may be worth reporting.

Starting last night I began experiencing something that can only be described as 'stiffness' or fullness. Not really a pump, but I just felt... full. Nearly impossible for me to articulate the feeling other than the fact that it was somewhat atypical.

Today, a few hours after my workout and continuing until now, I'm experiencing sporadic and unexpected tightening. Like, say I stretch my arms out backwards to stretch my back... I feel the muscles lockup and spasm and shit until I stop the stretch.

My first instinct was to think it was a matter of dehydration, but I've had about 7 liters of fluid today (not including the shit ton of water I drank at the fountain at the gym).

I'm wondering if these spasmic sensations can be attributed to the electrolyte imbalance I undoubtedly sparked from my diuretic use, but that was over a week ago, so I doubt it.

Anyway, the issue really isn't that bothersome so I won't look into it for now. But what do you guys think?
 
Interesting, I wonder if you struck a nerve with your pinning? If you did it could have triggered the random spasms and I would anticipate they would subside by tomorrow. I've done it before but from what I remember, only one side of my body had the spasms. Is that the case for you?
 
Hm. Now that you mention it, if memory serves me, yeah the left side is predominantly the one thats acting up. Like I posted yesterday, I stuck in pretty deep before pulling out yesterday, because I thought I was starting to feel pain (like hitting a nerve type pain). Thing is, I pinned my right quad yesterday, not my left, haha
 
When I hit my nerve, my leg went into an immediate spasm as the needle was in. It was crazy and my left arm and leg smasmed for a whole day and then it went away. I wouldn't worry at this point, update us tomorrow.
 
No spasms today, but still by far the worst PIP I've had thus far. Thankfully I had enough adrenaline in me to suck it up to hit 525x2 on squats today. After that, the rush died out and I had to curtail my workout once again... couldn't even do cardio. Did more back than normal, my row strength is going up a lot faster than my strength on other lifts.

Today was by no means a successful pin either. Had some blood stream out after the shot even though I aspirated, and I can feel an immediate soreness... I have a feeling this will be another case of worse than average PIP. BD, do you pin ED or EOD? Maybe 3cc of juice is just too much for me at one time... so much for multiple compounds diluting the pain.

Will take my first peptide shot Friday evening I think.

Also, this is random, but I just noticed that I refer to my overheads on my online log as SOHP but in my written log as MP (military presses)... dunno why I felt the need to mention that.
 
Good shit on the squats. But yeah, they sure take alot out of you. It's truly a full body exercise and meant for true lifters. Sorry to hear about the PIP, I really don't deal with any anymore with the rotation I have but you are putting in a good 1.2cc's more then I am which is quite a load, especially on the quads.

I pin every other day but ensure that I hit it 4 times a week. So i'll pin on sun,tue,tr and friday of every week. I would continue the EOD protocol you are on but I would hit different muscles. If that doesn't work, then you may have to go to an everyday protocol so that it lightens the load, but then you'll need an even wider rotation. Just do thighs and glutes brother. I haven't been impacted by PIP since the first week. But then again, maybe it's the extra cc. But definitely try something new, as you already know you don't like the results of your current routine.

Also, what peptide are you running, GHRP? Oh yeah, and do you have hot chicks where you lift? My gym was decent when I first got there but now it's as if they all migrated somewhere else. Fucking BS man!

Yeah I have some Ipamorelin and Mod GRF (1-29)... Ill post my protocol Friday, I'm somewhat busy till then but I have a few good ideas on how to use it.

Yeah theres some cute girls at my gym. Some of em are cool but a lot of em are whack (then again I guess the ratio is no different from anywhere else you find em lol)... like this one anorexic girl who always comes up to me and asks me if I think she's fat, shit like that, its just annoying. And then theres always the fat/ugly ones who don't know they're ugly or fat... but whatever my ego is pretty out of control too
 
Haha, we've got both of those types of girls at my gym. The anorexic one is there at least twice a day. She's hardcore man, but she just doesn't feed her body so i'm not sure what fuel it's running on at this point. It's sickly but I guess someone called her fat some years ago that inspired her addictive behavior.

The past month has been one big sausage fest. Even the trainers are all dudes now, and I want that extra motivation you know. Got the music, got the goals lined up but a little something extra would be nice.
 
Ok, a few things.

First, the PIP is still here... it's a bit better than it's been, but still debilitating enough that it limits my activities. I'll need my leg for tomorrow's press workout, so I don't know what I'll do if I wake up in the AM and I'm still in pain.

Other things... I already mentioned that I will start dosing peptides this Friday. But I want to add a few other things too.

For one, the bloat is as present as ever. Especially in my stomach... I look fine when I wake up but I start to look more and more pregnant as the day progresses. My face could be leaner too. So, I have decided to up the Aromasin dose back to 25mg beginning Friday or Saturday. 25mg on Research Stop Aromasin didn't do shit, maybe 25mg on GWP Aromasin will. If not, I do have access to pharma grade Aromasin that I can look into, but I was planning to save the real legit stuff for later on.

I also plan on running Prami concurrently at this point too, @ .5mg. Not so much for the tren but rather for the libido bolstering effects, especially if 25mg Aromasin is too much for me. I feel like people online are very prone to hyperbole, but nonetheless I've been scared enough to want to take precautionary measures. I REALLY don't think I'll be affected, but libido issues are a huge scare to me.

I plan on running prami well through PCT, too.
 
So you think the tren is accounting for the increase in PIP? What size needle are you using? I think you might be hitting the muscle too often and are now aggravating an inflamed muscle, meaning you are hitting the scar tissue.

I find the bloat kind of funny man. It's like an hgh belly or one of those starving african kids. I'm just trying to embrace it but I could see how it would be annoying, especially in summer. And dude, when are you going to give RUI a try? I keep hearing about these other companies and i'm telling you, RUI is legit. But pharm grade will do the trick so get that if the cost isn't crazy.
 
I don't think its the added tren anymore. My left leg pin actually turned out 100% fine, its the right leg thats killing me. I have a few theories. One, maybe its the fact that I tried using a 20g to inject before I realized. Two, I remember when I first started pinning, I pinned my right shoulder twice in one day (because I miscalculated the dosage, so I wanted to remedy that). Taking two pins in my shoulder made it a whole lot more painful than the PIP I get from just one pin... and if you remember, I did say that I stuck the needle all the way in then pulled it all the way out, before choosing another spot to pin. So it could be that, too.

It does look like HGH gut... fuckin' A. Also, Ima send you a PM, just FYI.
 
20g? Damn homie, I prefer the 23, that's the perfect size for drawing and pinning on my body. I could go smaller but I don't like how long it takes to draw and pin with those. Do I have to write you a song about pinning glutes to get you to do it? They are made to take a larger load. haha, that sounds gay. Oh yeah, and if you have yet to see the Dark Knight Rises, do that shit.

Workout today was completely lackluster. No true PRs set which is a rarity for me, natty or not (except for when I cut, of course), although my overall performance was somewhat appeasing. Was more consistent with my DB inclines which is an improvement I guess you could say, and I JUST missed locking out my 10th rep with 335... def the closest I've gotten so far.

I think it was a combination of things. One, the PIP is still there and definitely affects my base for these lifts. Two, I've probably acclimated to the increased test dose. Nonetheless, I'm confident that I'll have a good squat day tomorrow, since progressing them this cycle has been anything but a struggle.

I'm anticipating the tren to be kicked in by Sunday, it will mark 12 days since my first shot.

Still feeling bloated like a blimp.
 
Oh yeah, was somewhat sweaty last night. I don't think I can honestly attribute it to "tren sweat" (since it IS fucking summer after all), but just something to mention. Zero insomnia, I sleep like a baby.
