Anyone know anything i can take to help with the joint pain ?
I have been taking Fish oil which i heard helps joints.
Wrists , knees and fingers feel like the have been fractured.

where did you get that program at?
 
Week 17


Libido = Dead......which is fucking weird.
Energy = Good.
Sleep = Getting my 8 hours.
Acne = Just a few spots nothing serious
Mood = Crazy mood swings. Very Short temper. Very Aggressive.
Blood Pressure = Normal BP High HR
Workout = Going well/
Diet = eating Big as usual.
Cardio = Started doing some light jobs to get used to it.

Anyone any idea wtf is going on with Sex drive and mood swings ?
Started Deca the week before.
Should be fine

started Caber 0.5mg ED ?

Starting to think the Sustabolic maybe bunk or underdosed.
Really feel like a fucking pussy, Very emotional. Very Aggressive due to being emotional ?
Any Idea's ?
Past weeks as you can see i have been on top of the world now i feel like i just lost everything.
Going to switch to Test E next week.

I would think its most likely the dbol fucking with your sex drive n shit, but then again I'm by no means the most experience member of this board lol so take what I say with a large grain of salt
 
Week 18
Libido = Like a rapist released from jail !
Energy = Good
Sleep = Well Rested.
Acne = Some red marks on back of neck and shoulders.
Mood = Sky High. Fiancée says i am getting way to big which was a major boost.
Blood Pressure = Normal BP High HR
Workout = Going well. upper the Volume and Intensity a little. Went a little crazy pushed myself a little to far. Nose started bleeding during Dead lift.
Doing 3 day weight training and 3 day cardio.
Diet = Eating like last supper for 2 days around 5000-6000 calories then going to 3500 calories for a day.


Stopped the Dbol.
Just isn't for me, Cramps are a pain in the ass for my lifestyle.
Plus my pee has been a dark yellow Ed since taking it, no ammount of water has stopped this.

Trying to get some pictures up.
Hopefully my new usb cable will be here soon.

So you've gained about 22lbs since the beginning of the cycle eh? Not bad, definetly gonna lose some because of going off the dbol but still good shit. How are the fat gains? Also how has your strength been progressing?

Only been on the Dbol 1 week.
Gained around 2lb since started it.
Ran a high dose of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to keep bloat under control.
Going to run it after my fitness test as i don't want to have to push throw cramp in every body part.


Gained a little fat around the waist but not much to be honest.

Strength is still going up.
Increasing the Weight 1-5kg Every Week and it ain't stopped yet.

Joint on my Elbow and Shoulder seem to be a hell of a lot stronger.
Can Military presses without having to worry about my shoulder popping or clicking when i go up.

Also have noticed that my ankle seems to have stopped clicking.
Broke it in several places as a kid.
Always clicked when i walked no matter what.
Not heard it click in a while.

Glad to hear that you've been gaining so well man, and that you haven't had any joint problems/since it fact it seems like theyre doing better than before!

Just to add really feeling shity today.

Did 2.5ml jab in quad.
Doing squats about 2 hours after i felt something pop in my leg like spot.
Next thing my whole quad is consumed with pain.
walking around like a cripple now.

To add to that i keep getting nose bleeds had about 6 in 2 days.
BP is 108/75 HR 98 so thats fine.
Think i have just cut it and the fact i have the cold with a runny nose ain't helping.

Not had any sleep since Saturday.

Hopefully this shit will pass soon.
 
Thing is couldn't sleep.
Put my head on the pillow at around 11:25.
Tossed and turned to 6:25 before i nodded of then i am up at 8,

Done Leg workout Monday,
Tuesday missed cardio session.
Today doing Chest.

Starting to feel better still got that feeling like something ain't right.
But least i know i am getting better.
Swear to god sometimes i think i have been taking Tren :)

I would not ramp up the dosages now bro. There is no reason for that. Stick with the plan man, I cannot tell you how many times I have 'almost' done that.

lol i realized how stupid it was soon as i read it back there.
Ramping up the dosage would just be a waste of gear,Body couldn't handle any more.
Thanks for the words of wisdom sculptone i appreciate it.

On a side note.
Going to stick to EOD pinning just feel like i have more energy ED rather than getting to the last day before shot and feeling really down and just wanting to sleep constantly.
