Hey guys this is gonna be my 5th cycle, just going with a simple, but effective cycle.
Starting wt: 190lbs
bf% 7.5-8%
Ht: 5' 9"
Previous cycles:
(1)10 weeks test e 350mg/wk
(2)10 weeks test e 500mg/wk
(3)11weeks Test E 500mg/wk 10 weeks Deca 400mg/wk drol 50mg/day for 4 weeks
(4)10 weeks test e 750mg/wk
The last two cycles I did, I got the gear from some ug labs and felt that it was underdosed. My diet and training were good, but I saw minimal gains.
Current cycle started it on August 19th
Norma Test e 600mg/wk
Axio Deca 400mg/wk
hcg 400iu/ week started yesterday
PCT
Nolvadex
I have letro and Dostinex available if necessary.
I'm not sure how long i'm gonna run this one, probably 12-14 weeks
Training
Monday: Chest/Tris (Bench, incline, one arm push downs, v-bar push downs, skull crushers)
Tuesday: Legs (leg press, calf raises, leg extensions, seated leg curls)
Wednesday: Back/Bis (bent rows, one arm dumbell rows, pull ups, dumbell curls, dumbell preacher curls, barbell curls)
Thursday: Chest/tris (bench, alternating dumbell incline, cable crossovers, one arm reverse pull downs, v-bar push downs, skull crushers)
Friday: Legs/Bis (squats, calf raises, seated leg curls, dumbell preacher curls, concentration curls, low pulley curls)
Update
9/6/08: Now I know this gear is real because I am weighing 198lbs. I have AIs on hand and I am watching my BP. I'm starting to get a sore throat and feel kind of sick.
9/7-9/9: Yup, I'm sick with a bad cold, couldn't get out of bed and work out monday or tuesday.
9/10: Went to work this morning, still feeling like shit. I work at a hospital on a cardiac unit. Got sent home cause cardiac patients really don't need to be sick. No working out today..shit!@ So I am typing up my cycle progress haha.
Hopefully I be feeling well enough tommorow to work and workout.
