Prop's to you brutha for running such an organized PCT!! Can you tell a marked difference running all the OTC acil's along w/the Nolva?? How come Nolva instead of clomid?
 
That food looks GOOD!!! Used that tuna cake recipe u posted it was and is good as well.

Yeah, it's funny you asked. I have noticed a huge difference in these first 2 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct): No post cycle therapy (pct) sexual slump, no sluggish feeling, strength where I expected it, no mood swings.

I really think that Primordial produces a great product. I would totally recommend it. I am using Nolva out of convenience and the fact that it's dosed where I want it (20mg/cap). I capped Clomid at 50mg a cap with the idea of using 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolva ED for post cycle therapy (pct), but I opted for the TRS instead. PP recommends 10mg of Nolva or 25mg of Clomid ED with the TRS products, so I figured I'd go with Nolva.
 
Me too. If u get the chance, and u have a good salmon recipe could u post it? If not salmon something similiar. Always lookin for something new that actually tastes good and is healthy of course. Thanks Milkman.
 
I take pride in making good food that actually tastes good. I'm glad you liked the Tuna cakes recipe.

Pretty good job - I'd give it maybe 2 stars...If you used the egg between the two potatos to make a smiley face, I'd have given you 3 stars - You need to work on presentation dude. LOL

No dice man. I don't eat salmon much at all. Fatty fish really isn't appealing to me. Sorry.

*didn't sleep well last night, felt a little tired today but nothing too out of the ordinary

Couple more meals...

*8oz chicken tenderloins w/ General Tso's glaze (~10g sugar per serving)
*1 cup (dry measure) Brown Rice
*Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi

*7oz Pork Loin Chops cooked in garlic and Olive Oil
*1 cup (dry measure) Brown Rice
*16oz Skim Milk
 
Our meal choices look oddly similar!!..lol but I'd like to see more greens in there ;) If you can find it, Sunbird makes an asian flavor packet called Honey Sesame chicken and its out of this world if eveything is cooked right. I healthy it up of course and use the Splenda Brown sugar mix instead of regular sugar and olive oil in the sauce mix. You marinate the chicken pieces in low sodium soy sauce and a little corn starch. I make more chicken then the recipe calls for to help stretch out the sauce it still works fine. You can even add things like Almonds, Cashews, mushrooms, or pineapple if cal's aren't a factor. :)

That sounds really good. I generally eat greens with at least 1 meal a day and it's normally 2-3 servings worth... I try and get fruit in with breakfast and post workout or if I'm on the run and need some easy carbs. You are really right though, I need to focus on getting more vegetables in with each meal. The girlfriend isn't around right now, so I'll make her do it then she gets back lol.

Hahaha - yeah girls are usually good for the salads - My wife makes "dinner" salads - and then i add a huge chicken breast or plate of sashimi for protein!

*Trained at a gym called Celli's Fitness in Pittsburgh. It is a hardcore powerlifting gym. Chains, bands, boxes, boards, 100lb plates, DL platform, etc... Meeting the owner made me certain that I was going to be doing heavy bench today... Felt like I had no choice, but it was a good precusor to the 5/3/1 Program that I'm starting.
*According to Ryan Celli, my elbows are tucked appropriately and the path the bar travels is as short as I'm going to make it at my height with my arm length.

Nice work on the flat bench! - 305 your max so far? Bet that was a good time at Celli's - It always energizes me to step into a hardcore gym away from home. Did you try the bands or chains? I always wanted to but haven't had the chance....yet!

BTW whats the Toco8?

The most I've ever benched was 355, but that was on gear. I'm using a 335lb max as the weight that I will be basing my %'s off. Obviously it has decreased slightly off cycle, but it's been holding strong right around there.

Chains and bands seemed like they would have been fun, but I was a little intimidated. Had I been training with Ryan Celli maybe I would have given the chains/bands a shot.

Complete Vitamin E - Natural source of Tocotrienols for hair loss, cardiovascular health, and testosterone production... I don't know if it's done anything much for my post cycle therapy (pct), but all I do know is that the TRS by PP is out of this world for PCT.
