BTW - I like the derma therm Target - you'll have to let me know how that goes. i tried Yohimburn by the AIFM folks for the same reason and while it felt great and smelled like mint, it didn't seem to burn off even a little fat! LOL - so i guess it's all trail and error. I'm down to a 4 pack now - so any help across the belt line would be nice...

I'm a true believer that HCG should be used during the cycle only... I used the Sustain Alpha on cycle protocol, which mimicked HCG use and kept me somewhat "normal" throughout the cycle. Now that that's over, I'm going to do my post cycle therapy (pct) as if I had ran "real" HCG throughout the cycle.

I'm hoping the DermaTherma Target does a little bit of anything because I always feel that the love handles and lower abs are always the first thing to soften. I can only hope.

how are you coping with the endo amp & toco8? Those two tasted like hell IMO.

I don't think they are too bad, just kinda chalky. Try Clomid in Everclear and then tell me what bad is all about lol. I almost threw up every time I used that shit.

How did you feel you recovered on Primordial Performances TRS?? Not that 2 days is a great indicator of recovery, but these first 2 days of post cycle therapy (pct) have not been bad at all.

Dude sweet #'s on the flat bench 10x275 is getting heavy bro. You should look back in the log and post what you started at weight wise with the big 3 and what you ended with.

I'm glad you enjoyed it my man. I really try to keep it detailed for myself because it means a lot to me to hold myself accountable and if someone can learn something from it, then I was successful. I will be keeping a training log off cycle for sure, I think it's even more pivotal now. Being natty makes it that much harder and accountability is just as important IMO.

I plan on giving the 5/3/1 by Wendler a try for sure. I'm thinking that I'm going to do the 3 day split like this... Monday-Squat, Wednesday-Bench, Friday-Dead and try and hit cardio one other day a week on top of the 3 post-workout cardio sessions. I'm going to test my post-PCT #'s in all 3 lifts and use those as my maxes for the percentages. I'm really interested in the low volume/high intensity focus on the big 3 will yield big strength improvements. I figure the stronger I am natty, ultimately the stronger I will be able to get when I'm on again.

I'd love to do some comparisons #'s wise, but I really can't because I tweaked my back about a month back and haven't gone too heavy with Deads or Squats in a while. I can say that by week 12 or so of this cycle, I was pulling 525 for a couple reps and Squatting 475 with ease. Benching was touching 350 and that was without any real focus on power lifting. Assuming I test myself and end up with numbers resembling a 350 Bench, 475 Squat, and 525 Dead, I'd like to combine right around 1450 by my next cycle in January.

I'll check out the thread tomorrow when I get a chance. I'm sure everything isn't too out of whack.

For a few days I actually mixed liquid clomid with toco8 + endo amp...not fun at all. I felt great on the TRS BTW. I think primordial makes great products, Sustain Alpha being one of their best. I cant say how much of a difference the toco8 + endo amp made compared to when I only used sustain alpha, maybe you will be able to gauge that.

I know its only been a week, but do you have any input or an opinion concerning the fat loss stack yet?

I haven't been using the whole Fat Loss Stack, only the DermaTherm.

I like to run Clen during post cycle therapy (pct) because it makes me "feel" like I'm on something and it gives me a bit of a kick. As far the DermaTherm, I can't really tell much, so I don't want to make any bold claims.

Thanks man. The Pec Fly was a LifeFitness machine in which you feel like you're hugging a tree. It also doubles as a rear delt machine.

We just got one of those at my gym too - wierd as hell to hug the pads - they hit me on the bicep and then my forearms are just hanging out there - I guess it takes the pressure off of the elbow...

Looks like you got a LOT more width in your shoulders & lats, very lean too - that's excellent. BTW - you don't look 6'-3 245 in the picture, so you have kept everything in proportion - hard to do for a big guy. Next time you should put something in the picture for scale like a 6'8" doorway. Then you'll look like a fukkin giant! LOL

lol, yeah man, I need to get out in the sun. The problem is I'm using Accutane right now which makes the skin super sensitive, so I'm trying not to get burnt.

I think your right and I have make some strides in my shoulders and lats. I need to bring my arms up to par and I'd be a lot happier.

Thanks for the compliment man, I think it's so important to stay in proportion. At 6'4" 245lbs, I look pretty big in person, but like you said, without a scale you can't tell how big I am.
