Test E/EQ Spring Cycle

*very happy I got motivated to get to the gym to hit cardio for 20 minutes... going to be going 3x a week and shooting for 20-30 minutes of pretty intense cardio (keeping the heart rate in the 150-160 range)

Hey mate how do you do with recovery with lifting heavy and doing intense cardio?

Dante always preaches about doing low intensity, but a lot of westside guys do pretty intense gpp work.

Low intensity cardio is boring as fcuk, and i wanna start doing boxing for pads couple of times a week, but im worried about recovery because im also training for a couple of meets.
 
*didn't really stay within myself today and I tweaked my back pretty good... oddly enough my lower back didn't start bothering me until my last set of Standing DB curls... 20 minutes post-workout my groin is being to hurt me and I'm starting to wonder if I may have given myself a hernia
*really pissed at myself and hopefully I will wake up tomorrow morning and feel fine
*on a good note, I've noticed that my "steroid muscles" have come back... I feel super dense and the pumps I've been experiencing are amazing

This has happened to me multiple times. Often times you tweak something during a big lift and don't notice it till later in the gym or even the next day. Give it a few days and I'm sure it will feel better. Make sure you are belting up tight on those heavy deads.

I am recovering well with "intense" cardio and weight training. When I say my cardio sessions are intense, it pretty much means that I get my heart rate high and try and maintain it for a while. I still do "low intensity" cardio exercises (ie. the elliptical, stationary bike) but just get the heart rate up in hopes that I can do less (minutes) and get the same results.

I'm also on 750mg Test and 600mg EQ while eating 4,500 calories a day. That definitely aides in recovery.

I'd give the boxing a try, if you feel burnt out, cut the sessions down in either duration or number per week.

It's always very bothersome to tweak something and know that you're going to have to monitor it for the next week or so.

*good news is that my back is feeling a lot better and the groin pain has gone away completely, decided that it would be in my best interest to stick to isolation exercises and take any stress off my lower back today

*going to start running AIFM everyday to combat some slight bloat I've noticed and going to being to run the Clen again... I used it one day this week and got too busy to focus on everything involved with running Clen

*yesterday was my birthday, so I went out and had a few too many... felt kinda sluggish and dehydrated the whole workout
*noticing a lose of the overall sense of well being... thinking that because my LH and FSH are 0 right now that may have something to do with it... going to run 200iu's Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for the next 3 days and see if that gets me back on track, and going to run 200iu's e3d there after
 
I got Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) coming. Yeah not impressive when a woman sees your raisin size nuts. Also Mikdascow all that gear! I want to see you beginning and end photos.

Interestingly enough, my stack really isn't all that heavy. 750mg of Test E per week is a pretty good dose, but 600mg of EQ is a moderate dose. In order to see good gains from EQ, you need to run a higher dose (500-800mg/wk) for a good duration of time (15+ weeks). I will post up some pics of the finished product when the time comes.

*Steroid muscles are back and better than ever
*could have easily used more weight on the Corner Rows, but I didn't want to try anything stupid being as my back had just recovered from the little deadlift injury
*feeling a little dried out from the Accutane, so I'm going to have to make sure the water stays in me... going to shoot for 1.5 gallons ED
*feel rejuvenated after shooting the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) two days in a row... going to run 200iu's e3d for the duration of the cycle
*weight is holding right between 236-240lbs, I have been noticing GREAT effects of the Test and EQ... been leaning out really nice as well as gaining size and strength

*Felt good doing Squats, could have went a little bit heavier but didn't want to risk the back situation. The 20 straight reps for the widow maker were the hardest part by far because I was incredibly winded by the 12th rep.
*Feeling incredibly dried out because of the Accutane. Lips are chapped constantly, but the acne is looking better by the day.

You ever heard of Steivia - A cream? it's a version of Retin-A topical cream. I've been using it on my shoulders for the bacne and it seems to work wonders. i read on a forum that it is similar to Accutane but works from the outside in and is localized (so maybe no chapped lips?) I got mine on vacation last year in Mexico - it was pretty cheap. ($30?) The acne suks for sure and itches like crazy on my back...

Yes mate its a good product and very comfortable to use. Steivia is a generic version of retin a. I buy it for less than 5$ here in Thailand.

But for proper acne its way too weak. Its like comparing anavar to abombs. Im lucky its enough for me becauset accutane made my life hell!

P.S. You can boost the creams power by using antibiotics at the same time.

Leanbody and MikeA... I've never used the Retin A creams. I've thought about it for sure, but right now I have a topical antibiotic that I've using on top of the Accutane. The Accutane hasn't been all that bad except for the chapped lips. I don't know if I even have much access to the Retin A cream right now.

BBing style on the bench for sure. I do arch my back slightly, but nothing near the way the big PLers do it.
