*didn't sleep well at all last night, studied all day and couldn't have taken in more than 2,000 calories all day, felt good for the first 10 minutes of the workout and all then all I wanted to do was leave

BBing style on the bench for sure. I do arch my back slightly, but nothing near the way the big PLers do it.

Ok, decent numbers your lifting there but be careful with your rotators, if your lifting bb style. Seen too many people have problems because not adapted to the more natural lift form(ie. pl style), dont mean the arch but elbows close to the body.

Thanks for the words of advice. You're absolutely right. When I bench my elbows don't flare out like crazy (the typical BB style), but they aren't super tight either. I guess you could say it's a happy medium, but I will most definitely play around with keeping my elbows in and seeing if I can get into a grove like that.

you are mistaken... almost all the gear I run is homebrew...

I'm running my own Test E 375mg/ml along with the only non-homebrew I have, ANT Labs EQ 300mg/ml.

I stocked up on a shit load of Test E, Test P, Mast, Tren, Deca, Anavar (var), DBol, Nolva, and Clomid when I had the chance.
 
I must be getting mixed up between two logs LOL. I bet it feels good to know what's actually in your gear though? I'm loosing trust in a lot of UGLs nowadays.

Interestingly enough... it's cool to make your own brew because, as you said, you know exactly what's in it, but it also makes you a little too confident and you may end up doing stupid shit.

For instance, recently I made a batch of Test E 375mg/ml rather than the standard 250mg/ml I make. I made it with ALL Ethyl Oleate which created a really thin solution. I filtered it through a filter, but I think that the filter didn't catch everything that a thicker solution would have had caught in the filter, so now I have some minor swelling and discomfort at the injection site. I'm going to be re-filtering it through a smaller filter with added BA in hopes that all will be well.
 
Day 49

*As the previous post says, I have been having a couple of issues with the new batch of Test Enanthate 375mg/ml I made. I decided to test to see whether or not it was in fact the Enanthate or EQ that was causing the problem. Today (3/1), I have some minor swelling in my left delt and nothing in my right. I think it could be one of 3 things: sterility issue, problems with filtering super thin solution, or a concentration issue. I re-filtered all the solution through a .22um filter this time, as well as added 2% more BA to the solution. My next injection is on Tuesday and I'll be able to determine whether it was in fact a filtering/sterility issue or a hormone concentration issue.

*This cruise week is much needed as I've been feeling super burnt out. I'm going to train 4-5 times this week, hitting each muscle group once. For the most part, I'm not going to be lifting heavy on any compounds and will keep my DC training sets to a minimum.
*Update on the gear situation... My left delt is significantly more sore than my right and I've noticed some more swelling. I'm not too worried about it because there is NO redness and it's not hot to the touch. I'm really beginning to think it must just be a concentration issue. I'm going to rule out the EO as a problem because the EQ that I'm running is also made with 100% EO was well.

*all the weight/rep combos were pretty easy... felt good to scale back the intensity and weight in the gym
*still feeling run down and shitty... starting to notice little twinges in my lower back (which is cause for concern because the last 3 times I got SUPER sick, my kidney's started to bother me prior to getting killed with the flu/pneumonia/flu) and my chest feels tight. I'm tired all day and have been having alot of trouble getting motivated to do anything but sleep, watch tv, or surf the internet.
*appetite is still there which is good for now

As always man, no problem at all. I'm a firm believer that you learn the most from others personal experiences... That's why I take the time and effort to make sure I'm as detailed as possible when making these logs.

I got all that powder in 2 shots lol, but I had a great opportunity that I couldn't pass on.

The EQ has kicked in from what I can tell... Cardio is way down, doing 15 minutes of cardio is almost painful. As far as anxiety, I have had a little bit, but I attribute that to having orders coming in from overseas more than the EQ.

So far so good...
