Pull Ups bw+25/9, bw+35/6, bw+45/4 drop bw/5
Underhand Barbell Rows 315/10, 365/8, 405/5(got pretty sloppy)
Cable Rows 200/7-3-2RP, 150 for 20 second static
Behind the Neck Pull Downs 150/6RP
Straight Bar Curls 95/10, 95/10
DB Hammer Curls 55's/8, 45's/11
Cable Curls 110/RP
*didn't sleep well at all last night, studied all day and couldn't have taken in more than 2,000 calories all day, felt good for the first 10 minutes of the workout and all then all I wanted to do was leave
*feeling horrible now, like I got hit by a bus... hopefully this passes quick
