Man - AWSOME workout! wish I could be there too - you guys would be great motivation!!! Can't believe you are throwing 75's up for the hammer curls - you gonna buy new shirts or just bust out of your old one's like Hulk? hahaha Keep it up, dude!

Hey Milk, it's nice to see that the cycle's going well, congrats. With your current diet, workout, and cardio schedule are you running on a calorie deficit? Just curious because you're getting very good strength gains, especially if you're not eating surplus calories.
Thanks

Those are insane numbers! Do you do your BB rows starting with your back parallel to the floor, then as you pull the weight up do you start straightening your back bit so your torsos closer to 45 degrees compared to the floor when the weight hits your chest/abs?

Sorry if I overcomplicated that question LOL basically just asking if you use a little body-english.

I would imagine that I'm right at maintenance, therefore allowing me to strip off some body fat and gain muscle at the same time. I will more than likely be adding some calories soon.

It would be safe to say the I do in fact use a little bit more of my body than I should. I pretty much stay as a 45 degree angle and pull the bar up to my upper abs.

Hey man - so what is "maintenance" for you? 3000cals? more?

just curious.

Extreme Shoulder Stretch 60 Seconds

*Triceps were very sore from Arm Day, so my pressing was limited to a little bit lighter weight than I would have liked.
*Decided that I'm going to use a little less weight on isolation exercises for Shoulders because I feel a better pump and more getting accomplished when I use slower, more deliberate reps.

Day 38

40mcg Clen
2 pumps AIFM

20 minutes of cardio on the Elliptical

NO TRAINING

*ended up getting swamped with work today, need to prep for a test and a presentation tomorrow

*feeling a little bit jittery from the Clen
*very happy I got motivated to get to the gym to hit cardio for 20 minutes... going to be going 3x a week and shooting for 20-30 minutes of pretty intense cardio (keeping the heart rate in the 150-160 range)

Great intensity, dude - keep it up!

Thanks man...

Thought last semester was going to be my last go round with the bullshit work (I planned on making everything easy on myself and getting everything done ahead of time) but to no avail.

I must like putting way to much pressure on myself to perform in a pinch.

Hey not a bad quality - in life it's all about how you perform under pressure 'cause it don't get easier! Keep that attitude & you'll do well dude!

Seated One Arm Cable Curls 60/10, 60/10, 40/7RP

*didn't really stay within myself today and I tweaked my back pretty good... oddly enough my lower back didn't start bothering me until my last set of Standing DB curls... 20 minutes post-workout my groin is beginning to hurt me and I'm starting to wonder if I may have given myself a hernia
*really pissed at myself and hopefully I will wake up tomorrow morning and feel fine
*on a good note, I've noticed that my "steroid muscles" have come back... I feel super dense and the pumps I've been experiencing are amazing
