Test e/NPP, 3 months, starting today...

After a 4 day break from the gym... I'll be getting back to it today

will continue running test e at 1050mg's per week, and will be running 700mg of NPP along with it. This will give my body a well-needed break from tren that I've been on for nearly 6 months.

Won't be any drastic changes to my training and diet, but I'm sure the comfort level of everyday living will increase without the tren :)
 
Good luck! I'm nearly done after 4 months of EQ at 1.2g and about to hit tren up....so doing the opposite really :)
 
Chinawall, you just keep on killin it. Im gonna keep following as always.

Have you checked your HCT before jumping on to Tren?
I love Eq personally, but the one gripe with it is the thickening of the blood... get it checked bro!

been giving blood (placeletes spelling?) every 2-3 weeks. It's kept me quite safe. Along with some good meditation and cialis my BP is normal range....maybe SLIGHTLY above normal

pretty positive I think... I get comments all the time from people asking when I'm doing a show, so must look lean enough ;)

weighed myself yesterday: 104.5kg (230lbs), so I haven't gotten any smaller haha
 
didn't have a lot of time last night... but got to the gym and dashed through some chest

Incline barbell pause presses (5 sets, up to 185lbs, drop set the last one)
fly machine (5 sets)

that was it, but I'm still feeling the aftermath today ;)

I always imagined that you were much bigger/heavier than me, now I see it's 3kgs. My avatar is a year ago when I was 85kg.
What height are you? I'm 187cm (or 6'1)

assisted chins x 4 sets
hammer strength low row x 5 sets
pull down machine x 4 sets
dumbbell laterals x 4 drop sets
smith machine shoulder press x 5 sets (on flat bench, behind neck)
row/rear delt machine x 4 sets

decent workout... but got cornered by about 15 people near the end of my workout discussing diet and training (I have to have a way to get paid for that shit) ;)

day off from the gym today, might have a lazy swim tonight, that'll be about it... bis/tris tomorrow (Saturday)
 
got to the gym this afternoon and busted through a good tri/bi workout...

rope push downs x 4 sets
dip machine x 4 sets
dumbbell kickbacks x 3 sets
reverse grip one-arm push downs x 4 sets

standing ez-bar curls x 5 sets
high cable concentration curls x 6 sets

great pump throughout the entire session... got home had a meal, then about 30 minutes later was in the pool for an hour (more lying around than swimming, but was good)

tomorrow will be back at it for some legs
 
Sunday was a more than decent leg session... surprised me as when I arrived I just wasn't "with it"

leg extensions superset w/ seated hamstring curls x 5 sets
smith machine squats x 5 sets
leg sled x 4 sets
calf extensions on leg sled x 4 sets

good pace walk home, then a protein shake

might take today off... but I'm tempted to get there for a chest blast... we'll see
 
no off-day for me last night, kept it going for a chest blast... 3 days in a row, what got into me haha

cable flys x 5 sets
machine presses x 4 sets

good pace walk home (20 minutes)

protein intake has been back around where is should be the last few days (starting to get that full, strong feeling again)
 
CW how do you deal with the shutdown. I have run tren long like you but had a while to get the old boys fired back up. Ironically my next cycle is Test E / NPP/ Mast so I would love some advice from someone doing such a similar run.

shutdown??? what is that? haha... I haven't really been "off" at all in nearly 15 years, and have two beautiful kids, and love the bodybuilding lifestyle more than ever at 41 years old

to be clear, tren doesn't do any shutting down as far as my personal experiences go, but it does make you feel all-around shitty

now being on npp the last couple weeks the comfort level has skyrocketed, my appetite is better than ever and my strength is not suffering

keep hittin it hard
 
Tuesday was a day away from the gym, but did do a bit of swimming...

Wednesday I was back at it for a back session;

assisted chins x 5 sets
hammer strength low rows x 4 sets
reverse grip pull downs x 4 sets
cable rows x 4 sets
pull down machine x 4 sets

did some swimming on Thursday night again... I'll be in the gym for shoulders tonight (Friday)
 
shoulders last night... then bi's/tri's this morning

Friday night (shoulders):

dumbbell laterals x 5 sets (last set drop set)
smith machine seated presses x 5 sets (last set drop set)
dumbbell front raises x 3 sets
barbell front raises superset w/ light dumbbell laterals x 2 sets

Saturday late morning (bi's/tri's):

seated dumbbell machine superset w/ rope push downs x 4 sets
standing ez-bar curls superset w/ triceps dip machine x 4 sets
dumbbell hammer curls superset w/ straight bar push downs x 4 sets
high cable concentration curls superset w/ high cable reverse push downs x 4 sets

had a good swim-around today 3-5

will attack the Japanese Tapenyaki all-u-can-eat tonight... look out... my appetite these days is out of control, eating makes me hungry ;)
