Test e/NPP, 3 months, starting today...

how was it being overseas for a few days whilst running npp? did you just miss the pins and now will resume?

Didn't miss a pin... was in China the last 6 months. I pinned the night before I flew back to Canada, then pinned the day I returned. Pinning eod so it worked out fine. Even if I did miss a pin it wouldn't really affect anything
 
Tuesday afternoon got to the gym for a quick back session (40 min)

Wide grip pulldowns superset w/ standing rows (using seated chest press machine, standing, facing the seat and pulling with strict form... light weight) x 4 sets
Hammer Strength low row x 5 sets
Close grip pulldowns x 5 sets

Will probably take a day off today (jet lag is still getting the best of me)... but if I do make it to the gym it will be tris/bis
 
took Wednesday off... will be back at it today for some tris/bis

had my first semi-decent sleep since getting back from China on sunday... once the jet lag passes I'll be ready for some growth in the gym over the next few months.

end of October I'll be switching things up a bit... will stop the test e/npp and go on test e 500mg/primo 700mg per for 4 months
 
Used it many years ago... I'm a believer of primo being as good tren without the nasty sides... the only downfall is the price

I have 13 10ml vials so should be a decent go ;)
 
Hit arms yesterday...

Single arm high cable concentration curls x 5 sets
Standing cambered bar curls x 4 sets
Standing dumbbell hammer curls x 5 sets
Single arm preacher machine curls x 4 sets

Rope pushdowns x 5 sets
Close grip press downs x 5 sets
Single arm reverse pushdowns x 4 sets

Weight yesterday: 240

Today was a rest day, just washed my truck and ate... Tomorrow will get to the gym in the morning for legs, then off to have family bbq by the lake... Gotta enjoy the last bit of good weather before the cold comes ;)
 
Been a bit lazy with my posts the last few weeks... I'll get that sorted out soon enough

Saturday morning hit legs,
Sunday morning was chest and a few sets of rope pushdowns at the end,
Monday did back and a few sets of cable curls at the end,
Tuesday was full-on shoulders
Wednesday went through a very good tri/bi session...

Today looks like it's gonna be a rest day, but there's always a chance I sneak out for a 45 minute leg attack...

Weight yesterday afternoon: 242
 
did legs today and have been attacking the food in a way that is getting rather impressive haha

inner thigh machine x 4 sets
outer thigh machine x 4 sets
seated leg extensions x 5 sets
lying hamstring curls x 4 sets
hack squats x 4 sets
stationary bike 30min

weighed 243 today so weight continues to climb... the goal is somewhere around 260ish by the new year, then will start to shred it down

chest tomorrow with a bit of tris
 
been a bit absent over the past couple weeks... trying to get a business up and running

I've still be hitting the gym 5 times per week and seem to be keeping the intensity at a decent level.
 
training is going well... strength is up, weight is up too though haha

getting to the gym 5 or 6 times per week... still running the NPP w/ test, but will be transitioning to Primo/test at the end of the month and run that for 4 months

current weight is 245ish ;)

yeah, I'm still at it... will be getting on some Primo (700mg per week) in about a week. Will run it with a ml of Test E and maybe throw in some anadrol for good measure ;)
 
you said earlier you believe primo is similar to tren without the sides. Now we know it isn't as strong a compound, but have you had much like gaining while on primo or do you use it because it's so mild that you can virtually pin TRT + 400-600mg primo year round and have no issues?
