Test e/NPP, 3 months, starting today...

It really is crazy how much my appetite has increased since dropping the tren... it had been too long since I felt what "normal" feels like (well, nearly normal haha), still on 1gram of test and 700mg's of npp ;)
 
yesterday got some legs in... not near the intensity I should be at, but sometimes the environment here in china is just so far away from anything bodybuilding related.

seated ham curls x 5 sets
seated leg extensios x 5 sets
machine leg presses x 6 sets
calf raises x 5 sets

short and sweet, and a helluva lot better than doing nothing

for sure brother... I think it might have something to do with being hot all the time and I also get bad bouts of indigestion on tren as well... I'm not saying tren is completely responsible, but the symptoms almost disappeared once I was off the tren for a couple weeks

now I'm entering a new phase of growth, and at nearly 42 that's a bit scary haha...

Ive never gotten the curbed appetite from Tren although I have gotten some pretty sever heart burn/indigestion. I can see though that being hot would hinder your ability to eat without a doubt.

Ive just fired up some Tren again myself :)

One major factor I forgot to mention is the weather... It's been 35+ and with the humidity feels like 45 degrees so eating more than 3 real meals per day is tough... But I'm piling it in now, the goal now is to get back near 250 by Christmas, then full on shredd for a possible comp run in the spring :)

Oh I hear that brother. Heat and humidity kills my appetite. Easy to eat light things like salad and stuff but like steak and chicken with rice is VERY tough. I know exactly what youre sayin.
 
Tuesday was chest with some shoulders...

incline barbell presses
cable flys
smith presses
dumbbell laterals
smith should presses
front raises w/ an ez bar (no weight) superset w/ light dumbbell laterals

Wednesday was a rest day...

Thursday (last night) I hit back...

assisted chins
low cable rows
front wide grip pull downs
row/rear delt machine
pull down machine
dumbbell shrugs

today will be a rest day, tomorrow will be tris/bis

Ok so I'm 22, I have taken tren orally a few times since I was 18, however, this past summer a friend had a vial of test cypionate and a vial of tren enthanate, and a 30 ml bottle of anastrozole. I injected twice a week, one ml of the tren and one ml of the test twice a week for about 5-6 weeks, I showed the vials of what I had to one of the older guys at the gym and he said based on the labels and the look of it that what I was taking was totally fake and that I should discontinue use immediately. It has been nearly two weeks from my last injection and my body feels warm, my stomache hurts, and I came down with heat exhaustion while being outside running and have had flu like symptoms. I don't know if I'm going through withdrawals or if the stuff is just leaving my system. I also read that what I was taking May have just been grapeseed extract... Any opinions? I recently had a physical at a doctor and my blood pressure was a little high but not too high 136/86 and I'm 6'2 280 lbs and my heart was normal.

sunday was a rest day... just needed one, felt like life kicked me in the ass. Will be get back in the gym Monday night, it will be a mix of something :)
 
Monday night started like this:

leg extensions 5 sets x 20 reps
leg curls 5 sets x 20 reps

then...

incline barbell presses x 6 sets
cable flys x 5 sets
machine presses x 5 sets

Tuesday...

hammer strength low rows x 8 sets
assisted chins x 5 sets
one arm standing cable rows x 4 sets
seated calf extensions x 5 sets

tonight (Wednesday) should be a shoulder workout...
 
Wednesday night, shoulders;

dumbbell laterals x 5 sets (last one a drop set)
machine shoulder presses x 5 sets (last one a drop set)
dumbbell front raises x 4 sets
dumbbell shrugs x 4 sets
light isolated side laterals with 5kg plate per arm (2 sets x 12-15 reps)

weight last night was 233 (106kg)

took Friday off from the gym... was back at it Saturday for legs

didn't think I put in the best of efforts, but yesterday and today still feeling it

Sunday was a day off... tonight (Monday) I'll be hitting chest, looking forward to it

did some shoulders last night (Friday) and fighting a cold, but I'm winning...

dumbbell side laterals x 4 sets

rear delt rope pulls w/ high cable x 5 sets
dumbbell front raises
cable side laterals

I'm gonna to my best to get to the gym later today to get some arms in, even a 40 minute superset workout will do the trick
