In other news: today is my 4th day on SuperDrol and already this stuff is kicking the shit out of me. I'm not feeling any results as of yet (as expected) but I am feeling sick to my stomach, pain around the kidney areas and just generally 'ill'.

Well Bullseye, I think anyone can get that lean, but it really takes a shitload of discipline, and it's a LONG LONG journey that takes a lot of time and perseverance. Some guys don't believe they can get that lean, but I've seen some pretty impressive transformations in big guys.

Today my superdrol pains seem to have gone away. I'd say it was causing severe gastro-intestinal distress. My energy level seems to have picked up a little, and I don't feel sick to my stomach this morning.

Thank fuckin god, seriously. I was starting to hate that shit.

I'll do what I can to mimic those first few photos in updates. I'll probably only take one set in the middle and another set at the end. Nothing tells results in a cycle log like photos. Numbers don't really mean shit.

Hopefully this can somehow be used educationally by my fellow bros.

Come on bro, if you're gonna post pics let's see the wheels! And maybe some straight on...it's really hard to evaluate progress from those side twisting shots (even though they make you look better)

OK OK I'll see what I can do. Maybe tomorrow. I didn't want to have to set up a tripod to get pics, which I'll have to do cuz the lighting in my place is shitty this time of year.

Update: My last post was pre-workout.... I just got back from a KILLER back workout. I'm really surprised at how "on" I felt today. According to my calendar, today is day 6. I'll have to re-evaluate as the next week goes on, but today I'd give SuperDrol a 10/10. Shit is great. Even burned out 40 minutes of cardio. 30mins medium-high intensity.

Well, I'll have to soo how the next 3 weeks turn out. I can tell you that I've basically felt like I was going to die all week up until this morning. It is NOT a good feeling, and I can totally understand why guys quit during their first week of this stuff. If those particular sides are over and done with, I'll run it till the test kicks in.

well brother i would like some info on how to get rid of some excess belly fat lol,at 45 its really hard,i know diet is it and 3J is gonna help me soon,i just cant figure it out,thats the only problem area i have

The superdrol is back to fucking around with my GI tract. Real pain in the ass. Or gut, rather. Extremely uncomfortable. When I'm not feeling like my stomach is about to birth an alien, I'm astounded at the quickness of the results.

Sorry for lack of recent updates, been extremely busy and it's not going to let up for a while.

Oh, on the plus side, I had my BP taken by a paramedic after hard work today and it's 130/70 despite being on superdrol.
 
I've been feeling the same way on sdrol, first run with it and i feel bloated all day, ive been having to skip meals here and there bc of it. its definitely some rough sides but its worth it IMO results are awesome and very quick!

I've got a sad truth for ya bullseye. The only way to reliably get rid of TRUE belly fat (not just water) is to stick to a long term calorie deficit. That means cut the booze, count your calories, and give it 100% discipline. Diet is really 95% of the game when it comes to losing that fat.

You can artificially "cheat" at how many calories you cut if you increase the cardio you do at the gym. For me, the easiest way is 10-15 mins of medium-high intensity cardio as a warmup, do your weights, then 20-30 minutes of medium intensity cardio at the end.

you are correct brother,one good thing,i dont drink at all,no beer no alcohol period,but calorie counting im gonna get with 3J and learn how to do that,ive always bulked to get bigger,and im not used to counting calories,i eat healthy but i eat alot of calories,healthy calories...but im gonna have to disipline myself,thanks for the help
