Test Tren Bulk Cycle (sponsored by AML)

Alright guys, started my cycle yesterday. It consists of:
1-12 Test C 750mg
1-12 Tren E 400mg
9-12 Winny 50mg
Aromasin 12.5-25mg/day

Alright, down to business
I have been working with a fitness coach for the last 4-5 months (mostly cutting) and am very pleased with the results.

I am currently sitting at 185lbs at 5'10-11, looking to get up to 200lbs and stay lean
My training schedule rotates and I tend to switch things up, but generally is 5 days a week, one muscle group per day (excluding bis/tris together)
My diet: I eat the exact same thing everyday and is as follows:
Meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 8 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup blueberries
Meal 2: 250g lean meat, 250g green veggies, 2 tsp MCT oil
Meal 3: 250g lean meat, 250g green veggies, 2 tsp MCT oil
Meal 4: 3 slices protein bread (p28), 3 tbl almond butter, 3 greek yogurts, 1 apple
Meal 5: 1 cup ezekial cereal, 2 scoops whey, 1 cup blueberries
Workout: 50g Karbolyn during workout, 50g Karbolyn or 50g rice cakes post workout
Meal 6: 1 cup cream of wheat, 1.5 scoops casein protein, handful raisins
time to get to work!

Day 4
Worked out shoulders today as follows
dumbbell side raises x 6 (2 warm ups)
dumbbell front raises x 4
shoulder machine press x 4
barbell close grip pull ups x 4
dumbbell shoulder press x 4

Everything was light weight high reps today decided to switch it up, focused on really squeezing the muscles to get a tight contraction and a good pump

Current weight: 186lbs, shooting for 1-2lbs a week, with 1-2 cheat meals a week (nothing dirty, things like sushi, rice noodle dishes etc)
Anyone get terrible muscle cramps? Doesn't matter what muscle group I work, I usually get them in that muscle later that night. Maybe I need to bump up the water or add some potassium?

My guess, judging by my own experiences, and there could be many factor as to why your muscles are cramping, but Id say not enough water, my muscle will lock up if I become the slightest bit dehydrated.

Take some electrolytes before training can help and a Greens supplement post workout can help balance alkalinity in your body. These will help your cramping issue as well.
 
just started taking their tren e yesterday, along with their anadrol, looking forward to seeing your results. yah cramps suck i moved from 1 1/2 gallon of water a day to 2 gallons a day, along with amino/electrolyte with my water. or even drink a large Gatorade along with a gallon of water. it helps me.

you'll feel the tren e in 3-4 weeks

I have ran tren e form aml in the past and started noticing sides within 2 weeks, and started noticing results around 4 weeks. Excited to see how it works on a bulk though! Hoping to stay relatively lean this bulk, which historically I always have trouble with
 
Day 7: Chest day
4 sets (plus 2 warm ups) Arnold press
4 sets flat dumbbell press
4 sets cable crossovers
3 sets incline machine press
3 sets standard machine press
4 sets flies
All sets were 8-10 rep range except flies, which were 20reps each to finish with a good pump
No real sides so far, but the last time I ran tren e I experienced severe night sweats/disrupted sleep, decreased libido, and I found I had a shorter temper.
Diet is spot on with what my fitness coach has layed out for me, planning on a nice post workout sushi cheat meal this week!
 
I don't see why you would go on such cycle, I wouldn't run these compounds at 185lbs. That's just me.

What's you goal? are you trying to compete?

If you really wanna cycle up I would defiantly run Parabolan and add tbols and masteron instead of the winny.
 
I'm glad you have someone professionally guiding you.. That is always a good idea!

There is a difference between being 185lbs, and being 185lbs ripped. I was 215lbs before cycle, and 130lbs 6 years ago when I first started training. I have put in the time and effort, and I hardly think a little over a gram is a massive cycle, yet you're telling me to drop winny and add 3 more compounds? I do plan on competing in the next year or two, but need to put on more clean weight first. I am bulking, and enjoy the strength gains from winny, so I do not need tbol or parabolan.

to compete at at a respectable level you're gonna have to put on 30+lbs of lean mass, and then you'd still be on the smaller side of guys at your height

I know, which is why I will likely attempt physique to start, until I can put on more size
 
You're bulking but adding winny at the end? Seems like a waste. If you aren't in contest prep why even mess with winny? Add anavar at the end your lipids are already going to be jacked.
