Probably ate close to 2-400 calories but it is what it is. I feel proud for throwing them away!!

My PT and I hade an argument over todays world cup... He wanted to cut it short by 15 minutes... Normally I wouldn't mind but he's a fucking nazi when it comes to times and its super oneway street for him and got feed up today...

Think I started at 65-66kg and 15.8% bf and have measurement today but I'm guessing at 71kg and about 13.3% bodyfat.
Had an amazing time at the gym today... No other than Branch Warren showed up!!!!!! His calves were bigger than my fking thighs lol....
He wasn't super happy about taking a selfie between his workouts but some other guy that came with him, that I dont know the name of was like, give the lil dude his selfie lol...
Since they came with a whole entourage, lets just say I put some extra effort into my training today...have to nap but I'll upload the selfies, together with measurements and my own pictures today...
I lost a whooping 5 cm on my butt/hips lol... BUT...its normal, i had this last cycle as well... Last place I lose fat is my love handles and to some extent stomach.
