It's really not, who cares if u got small nuts, it makes the shaft look bigger. Anyways hcg/clomid should blow them up, ull prolly be on the opposite end of the spectrum with mammoth testicles.

Alan Lee, do yourself a favor. Listen to the recommendations you have received from multiple people including HalfWit. He does in fact know what he is talking about, and you do not. And, yes, you do need psychiatric help because you are having suicidal thoughts. It doesn't matter what is causing the thoughts, you are having serious thoughts, or so you described. You need psychiatric assistance, tell a friend, a family member, and seek professional help.
As far as your testicles it is NOT from the corticosteroid. The sooner you get that through your head the better. There may definitely may be an issue, but it was not caused by the cream you used.

Ya know I get pissed off when someone talks about something that deeply depresses them and they mention suicide. WTF I have been suicidal and know others that were. you hear stories about when people don't get involved and then what? When I was missing for one night if someone Never heard me talk about it they wouldn't have looked and I would be dead, my friend would of found me to late. By minutes. Bad topic, very bad to hear the word.
So no humor or jokes OP well don't ever talk about suicide or use the word in regard to thinking about it because that's NO FVCKING thing to talk lightly of...you hear what I'm saying kid. Grow up.

i wasnt jk thats how i felt before researching all day long and before speaking to that women and she said she could give me the HCG+C shots , said she wants to do a psychical and i have to pay 375 pounds for some blood test . im not here to make enemies or arguements , just dont need people telling me i have to see some1 for suicide thoughts thats not my worry only my balls nothing else.

A lot of your questions don't have a yes or no answer. Will hcg bring them back to where they were, possibly yes, possibly no. The same with clomid and if it will stop pain.
There is no right answer on this. My advice is go see an endo and tell them everything. I'm confident that they will help you. Don't panic on the what if's, relax and go see them now, it takes out the guess work.

Until you know what is causing the testicular atrophy, it is impossible to say whether or not hCG and/or clomid would restore their size. It depends on whether or not the problem is with your pituitary. If your pituitary is not working properly those medications could help. If the problem is directly with your testicles those medications will not help. You need to get blood work I recommended in Post #2 and see a Urologist.

Now that I can actually spend some time on this without worrying if my boss is looking over my shoulder, I can better explain why we don't know the answer for certain.
The drug you took doesn't appear to have an impact on your HPTA. This is the system responsible for your sex hormone production, and while it is possible - only a blood test can confirm this.
There are several different ways to kill your libido and or ability to achieve/maintain an erection. If you can ejaculate, that eliminates one of them, but the biggest one is your pituitary gland as mentioned above.
I have a sneaking suspicion that you have multiple things going on here all at once, which just happened to coincide with the use of the cream. Getting your hormones checked will verify this, and allow you to take further steps in correcting it.
If your pituitary gland is no longer producing enough leutinizing hormone (LH), then yes - HCG/clomiphene can very certainly restore these levels. However, if you have an ample LH signal from your pituitary - it won't matter how much you throw at it, you will not see any relief. An example of this would be my case, in which my leydig cells in my testes just don't work anymore.
I know you're hoping for a concrete answer here, but the absolute best we can do is to guess - which isn't doing you any favors.
Considering you mentioned pain in your balls I think you should consider if it's more serious then atrophy I think like a lot of people have pointed out that seeing a doctor should be your number 1 priority to get diagnosed and find out what really is wrong. As far as being depressed this is not something to take your life over. Everyone has bad days and shit happens that's life. But living is still a privilege. Even bad days should be cherished because you never know what day might be your last. Just something to think about op it is probably scary and your worried but the doctors will help you and this problem will be solved and before you know it all will be ok.

yeah but what if i never ever have normal functioning testicles again . That is just 2 much to handle , sex is 2 important to me and i wanted to get married 1 day . This could be the end of all that , im only 29 fkin years old and my future seems fcked now . i dont kno wtf ive done to deserve this but its the worst thing thats ever happened to me in my entire life .
