ok im pretty sure i have varicocele in both testicles . what it says on description of varicocele it hurts when standing up and pain stops when laying down . feels like a bag of worms This is what happens to me , if i was to not tell this woman on the 22nd i have this pain and take the HCG , if it made my testies grow back . would it stop the pain or be even worse . please dont make fun of me ,

Agreed. Get them examined by a good doctor. Don't go fuckin about trying to self medicate when you have no idea what the problem is. Get it diagnosed, then work on treating it.

You need to see a Urologist unless you know how to perform surgery on yourself. And see a Psychologist too.
