Testical atrophy please help

you definitely need to get your estrogen levels checked while your at it.. my guess is its extremely elevated.

Could also be a varicocele, a twisted/kinked vein in your scrotum. Yes, atrophy can cause an ache - but it's more of a dull pain that's more annoying than anything in my experience.

You need to try and relax a bit bud. Whatever it turns out to be, it's treatable. Keep in mind that as long as you take the right steps, listen to the guys here giving great advice, it'll only be a matter of time before you feel great again.

We need to see blood work before we can help you though. If it's a hormonal problem, there's restarts, monotherapies or even TRT to get you back to feeling on top. Other type of testicular issues can be resolved through surgery or other medications depending on the problem.

It's not the end of the world man. You CAN get treated. First step is go get bloods!

where do you inject HCG . this women who i have an apointment with on the 22nd , told me i'd have to do it myself . also if she was to stop prescribing me the HCG . can i buy it online and continue to use it .
 
Question if i have varicocele , cause my left testicle seems smaller then the right one . if i had treatment for that . would the HCG bring back my testicle size ?

I really want to copy/paste that out of morbid curiosity, but I'd never live down coworkers seeing me looking at balls on my phone. D'oh!
