Bro we all go through hard times, I like to remember this saying. There were several days I had no appetite at all, and just felt bloated. I can't help it. I got fired recently and it has killed my motivation. I got some financial and health issues as well.
1) 5 egg whites, bowl of shredded wheat, glass of orange juice
2) 5 egg whites, 2 baked potato, apple juice
3) chicken breast, yogurt, apple juice
4) chicken breast, rice
5) tuna
I carb up right after workout, usually grape juice, cola or gatorade.
I drink water and grean tea throughout the day.
I did 2 cycles of PH and I trained and dieted consistantly back then. In fact I always used to train and diet consistently. My heart just isn't in it this time.
Making these lame excuses sickens me. It's not my style at all. I realise everybody has real-life problems. I promise to train/diet 100% now. Everybody heard that?
