Well, took anweeknoff the gym. I ended up slippingbon a set of icey stairs and Jared my back and wound up with tennis elbow in my right arm. I was thinkingnof taking a week off anyway due to kind of going backwards in the gym so this just made up my mind. Anyway, back in the gym, warming up with some leg presses and "POP". Burning across my lower back and down my right leg. Could barely move. Managed to get back to my truck and to the hospital. Took xrays and was informed I herniated a disk in my back. Great. Going to be laid up for awhile, not to mention try and get through my days at work. I just can't seem to win.

Well that sucks man, falling down probably started it. Rest up. Just strained both my elbows bad so I'll be out other them legs for a few weeks also.

What are they doing to fix it?

I feel your pain man. Ive just gone through about a year of rehab. You have to think long term. Choosing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a lifestyle, so dont beat yourself up and set your goals long term. One step at a time.
Hope you get well soon.

Sorry to hear about your injury. Just a side note you can not see a disc herniation on an xray. To conferm a herniation an MRI needs to be done.

Thanks dfeaton. Im just going by what the doc told me. I am going to book an appointment with a specialist. I M already a client at a really good sports medicine clinic. Ive havd some serious knee problems and a couple surgeries on them in the past. I'll go see them and see what's up, but won't be able to get in for a bit.

Thanks for all the support guys. It's pretty deflateing. Just when you think your getting your life back, BAM, 10 steps back. Oh well, such is life I guess.

If you can't get in to see your specialist for awhile try & get you primary to send you for a lumbar MRI. The specialist will want to see exactly what's going on there, so would save you from waiting to see your guy then waiting for them to send you. I know how those set backs are they suck big time. I'm dealing with tennis elbow myself hurts to even take a carton out of the fridge....

Best of luck to you Bro
